Emma at Chelsea’s Boutique was so sweet and helpful in helping me pick out outfits for my engagement pictures. She chose things for me to try that I wouldn’t have otherwise picked and I loved everything she brought me. Definitely recommend Chelsea’s and their styling expertise!

Such neat designs. Found this place in Chamberlain, and now that they've moved to Sioux Falls I'll stop in when I'm in town.
