Ask for Jayden! He went the extra mile \\u0026 got me set up with a phone that fit my budget. He was knowledgeable on all the products and offered a service plan that is excellent for my work needs. He also kept corporate on their toes by making sure they applied a discount that was applied the day before but the power went out so the transaction couldn’t be finalized until the following day. He’s honest and doesn’t beat around the bush. Friendly, knowledgeable, and deserves a raise!!

Very pleasant experience ,my old phone was really giving me large amounts of junk that I wasn't able to get ride of. So I purchased a knew S21fe. -5g am very happy with it so far, I am learning new things with it ,thank you very much. A happy customer again.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect phone and perfect plan for me and my family. Due to the amount of time it took to transfer information from my old to new phone, I came back to complete the transaction. The gentleman I had been working with was assisting another customer; however, another associate picked up where he left off. I felt like a valued customer - I would definitely return to this location again!

We went in with intentions to look at upgrading depending on prices and he shocked us with great deals and amazing customer service. I will definitely want to go back to him if we ever need an upgrade in the future as well as any help or assistance needed along the way.Thank you!

They do not take care of their customers. Run around constantly. We applied for their credit card through synchrony bank. We have explained this at least a dozen times and they just don't get it? THEY WILL NOT TAKE ANY ACTION. THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND AND THEY DON'T CARE!

We came in for an upgrade on my husband’s phone- he was very knowledgeable, patient with us, answered all of our questions and to top off our great experience with Jayden, he has a great sense of humor!!We are a little technologically challenged ( to put it mildly). Awesome Experience here. This is my go to phone spot in Sioux Falls. I just used my upgrade to basically get my new phone for free. The team will help teach you how to use your device and best practices for it. I am biased toward Ryan, but the team here is very helpful. They are willing to help make sure my devices are running smooth. Very kind as well. :) ☎️

Jeff helped me with my new phone and watch, he took the time to show me what I can do and how to do it with my phone as well as my watch. I couldn't get my car to sync with phone so he helped me with that also. All of the staff made me feel at ease, they're all good at what they do. Thank you
