I haven't set foot in a Verizon store in over 10 years, but last night (1/11/24) a Google update bricked my Pixel phone. I drove to the nearest Verizon store for some emergency help, and the gentleman there was a rockstar. Helpful. Patient. Pulled out his bag of tricks and got the phone working again. So more than anything, this review is to say "thank you" to that agent. I didn't think to get his name because there was quite a line, but he did great.

My wife and I both bought new iPhone 15's a couple of weeks ago and the salesman suggested we get the $50 screen protector with the lifetime warranty. I dropped my phone on the concrete driveway and went file a claim and had to go through a bunch of rigmarole to set up an account just to register the it and come to find out that you have to pay $10 shipping and handling for the replacement screen protecto! What a scam! the salesman never once mentioned that we would be responsible for paying $10 to have a thin piece of glass sent. I cannot believe they even sell such a "bait and switch" scam of a product. I found out that I can buy a 3-pack of screen protectors for like $7-$10 on Amazon with free shipping. I will never buy anything frim Russell Cellular ever again! Please shop at a Verizon corporate store.

Went to transfer a number from one Verizon account to a different and they just gave a us a 1-800 to call. Didn't even attempt to help us, went to different store and they were able to do everything we needed. Won't be returning

Looks to be a corporate store but is not. Was sold a $60 screen protector that does not fit correctly.

I want to give a shout out to one of their employee MASON.I came like 8 minutes before they are closing but still he assisted me politely and help me.He stayed until almost 6pm and got what I need.Good job and excellent customer service

I received a text message deal to upgrade my Pixel 5 to a Pixel 7 for free. I was looking forward to the upgrade as my phone is getting older and more clunky now. When I got there though, the representative I spoke with told me I needed to upgrade my plan by an increased $20 per month in order to get the free phone. I understand that this is how Verizon makes money. The representative had no interest in hearing about the communication I had received through text messages and the App. He discourteously stated that we needed to upgrade to a higher tier plan in order to have access to that deal. No where in any communication is there any mention of this deal being specific to certain plans. So Thank you for wasting an hour and a half of my time on my only day off Verizon.

I was having some trouble at transferring lines over. All of the employees at this location were very helpful and friendly. I've always had good experiences at this location. after trying one of the other locations, i will only return to the dawley farms location. I worked with 3 different employees and they were all knowledgeable and more than Willing to help.

We had an awful experience at this Verizon store. I would give them no stars if I could. From the moment we walked in the employees were rude, and dismissive. When an employee finally asked us if we needed help, they were apathetic about answering our questions. The employee then proceeded to treat me and my husband like we were literal trash. With their facial expression and body language. Then when we asked a question about the phones the employee literally said "I don't know" about a basic Verizon question (concerning our iPhone's). I will never go back into this store. They didn't even have chairs for us to sit in while we had to wait. It was an awful awful experience. I hope this review can help at least one person out and not waste anyone else's time. There is an amazing Verizon store right down the road by HuHut on the east side. Save yourself time and headache by going to that one first.

Worked with Isaac at Cell Only and received fantastic service. He was cordial, informative, patient and wonderful to work with. Things technically took a little longer than expected but no fault of his, and despite that he made the time spent waiting enjoyable. 10/10 experience and highly recommend asking for Isaac if you visit this location!
