Poor customer service. I walked in and both employees were busy. #1 was actually busy helping a couple with their phone plan and the other (#2) was busy flirting with a customer. Both of them looked at me, but neither of them greeted me or even a "hey, I'll be right with you". I walked around for 10 minutes and still no communication. Another customer walked in, he gets looked at by both employees and also gets ignored.
Im surprised this lousy kind of service is what's given in a commission driven environment like Verizon.

It took us awhile, but Tyler was so patient with us. We walked out with a truckload of stuff.

I would have much preferred to leave my review of Verizon on Google for Verizon as a whole, but am unable to do so. The only pathway to leave the Verizon corporation a review is through their online forum or through calling their customer service phone number. Both of which are controlled by Verizon and are quickly dismissed with little to no resolution. I have a business plan through Verizon and had been on a 4G LTE plan for 25 MBPS speeds & 300 GB worth of data per month. I went into this store to inquire about business internet plan upgrades/cost savings that were available. The Russell Cellular store, which is an approved subsidiary store front for Verizon. I spoke with the assistant store manager on the plans available. They had a reasonable 5G plan with unlimited data and 100 MBPS speeds for a reduced cost. This all seemed great, better speeds, unlimited data, and lower monthly cost. I had already specified that I had the Verizon business gateway FSN021VA router for my previous 4G LTE plan. They proceeded in giving me a new in box modem, stating that I would need this modem for 5G access. I took this modem home and upon unboxing realized that this was the same exact modem that I already had. I returned to the same store (Russell Brand) to return the modem and explain that I didn't need a duplicate modem and the additional equipment cost of $300+. They stated that the modem that they provided is NOT the same modem and that sometimes they look the same but have different functionalities. This time I brought both my modem and the newly received modem into the store to show them that there was no difference. They then stated that I couldn’t return the brand-new equipment to the store as they were not a true Verizon store front. I would have to call Verizon Technical Service to have them issue a return to the Verizon warehouse. I then decided to go to an actual Verizon store at another location in Sioux Falls, SD. The Verizon representative had little experience with Business accounts but initiated a ticket to have the local Verizon Business Representative get ahold of me in 1-2 business days. Well, after a week of NOT receiving a call from the Verizon Business Representative, I proceeded to call Verizon Technical Service for a 2nd time. During this call they stated that they would issue me a return box to send my modem to the Verizon warehouse. They stated that it would be 7–10 business days before receiving this box to send back the modem. They assured me that the modem in question was suspended and that I would not incur additional costs.
After 10 business days had surpassed, I called in for a 3rd time to Verizon Technical Support to which they now told me that it was actually 10–14 business days before I would receive this return box for my modem. They again assured me that the modem in question was suspended and that I would not incur additional costs. Now, after 14 business days have surpassed, I’ve called in for a 4th time to Verizon Technical Support for an update on the box that I have yet to receive. The Verizon Representative now tells me that they’ve shipped the box to the wrong address. I provide this person the address of where I need this shipped to for a 3rd time. They then proceed to tell me that I should receive this return box within 3 – 6 business days. I also bring up the fact that the equipment cost is still shown on my monthly bill and that my new monthly bill still reflects this charge. They proceed in telling me that they need the equipment returned before they can correct my equipment billing. This has been their issue the whole time and yet I’m still paying this on my bill. I’m obviously NOT confident in their abilities to fix anything. . Most of their staff have no idea what they are doing and have no knowledge of anything business related. I would advise NOT going to any subsidiary Verizon store fronts as they are little to no help. They currently do NOT provide a return label via email to ship the product back. They have messed up time and time again and it is now costing

Worst service I’ve ever had up at the Verizon store!! They sold a phone to my mother, didn’t explain anything didn’t give her a receipt. She is on our plan so I tried calling on a Sunday several times no answer left a message went into the store. One person working six people waiting so I left called the next day. Spoke with a supervisor. She was very rude. Told me she couldn’t help me unless I was in the store with my ID but they were able to help my mom purchase a phone when someone was supposed to be in the store and have an ID. And that didn’t happen what a joke so then I left a message the next day for an actual manager to call me they said I would get a call back that day AGAIN no call then I called the next day still couldn’t get a manager so we wanted to return the things that we got but they told me they would charge us a $50 restocking ! Are you kidding me? You sold her a phone without permission but you were going to charge us a $50 fee and I tried to resolve it several times and no one had the courtesy to call back. What a joke.!!

They were of no help with the problem that occurred when I bought a new phone that overrides my car's display. Employee blamed it on the car. Car display was working fine until I got this phone. He wouldn't try to see what the settings are on the phone

They told Me their promo is a free Watch or IPad and it was $10 + $8.50 per month.. and my phone trade in
I paid $180 in store & now I have to pay double from what my online account is telling me $147 + $72 ??? Scam , I guess it’s an independently owned Verizon ?
And to make it better my brand new phone glitches.

When I walked in, neither of the 2 employees even bothered to look at me, much less acknowledge me.
Yes, they were with a customer, but they should have at least said hi, I'll be right with you, something. After waiting for almost 10 minutes (WITHOUT A SINGLE WORD!!!), I left. And will never ever return.

I haven't set foot in a Verizon store in over 10 years, but last night (1/11/24) a Google update bricked my Pixel phone. I drove to the nearest Verizon store for some emergency help, and the gentleman there was a rockstar. Helpful. Patient. Pulled out his bag of tricks and got the phone working again. So more than anything, this review is to say "thank you" to that agent. I didn't think to get his name because there was quite a line, but he did great.

My wife and I both bought new iPhone 15's a couple of weeks ago and the salesman suggested we get the $50 screen protector with the lifetime warranty. I dropped my phone on the concrete driveway and went file a claim and had to go through a bunch of rigmarole to set up an account just to register the it and come to find out that you have to pay $10 shipping and handling for the replacement screen protecto! What a scam! the salesman never once mentioned that we would be responsible for paying $10 to have a thin piece of glass sent. I cannot believe they even sell such a "bait and switch" scam of a product. I found out that I can buy a 3-pack of screen protectors for like $7-$10 on Amazon with free shipping. I will never buy anything frim Russell Cellular ever again! Please shop at a Verizon corporate store.

Went to transfer a number from one Verizon account to a different and they just gave a us a 1-800 to call. Didn't even attempt to help us, went to different store and they were able to do everything we needed. Won't be returning
