I arrived at the location at 3:00 pm i ordered Large a chicken bacon ranch with extra cheese , chicken, bell pepper, olives, onion ,banana peppers, garlic crust, SQUARE CUT
Med Pepperoni SQUARE CUT
Med Sausage SQUARE CUT
I RECIEVED MY PIZZAS NOT SQUARE CUT I WAS CHARGED FOR EVERY SAUCE I HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED FOR THAT AT ANY CASEYS STATE TO STATE, THE LADY WHO FIXED MY FOOD TERRY WAS ARGUING WITH ME BECAUSE SHE MESSED UP THE ORDER. FYI I WILL NEVER COME BACK BECAUSE OF HER SHE IS RUDE , DOESNT HAVE A ONCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HER IF I WAS A AUDIT OR SECRET SHOPPER STORE WOULD HAVE FAILED DUE TO ONE BAD EMPLOYEE I WOULD NOT HAVE HER WORKING IN MU ESTABLISHMENT WITH THAT TYPE OF ATTITUDE TOWARDS MY CUSTOMERS BECAUSE WITHOUT US NO PAYCHECK AND SHE IS NOT THE ONE FOR THE JOB. THAT TYPE OF SERVICE WILL MAKE SALES GO DOWN EXTREMELY. HIGHLY PISSED SO IT IS NOW 4:29 AND IM JUST LEAVING THE STORE. SPEED OF SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE HER MOUTH MADE ME NOT WANT TO NOT COME BACK ANS TELL OTHERS HAS WELL
GABBY ON THE OTHER HAND HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT!!!! SHE NEEDS TO BE PROMOTED VERY GOOD SHE MADE MY CHIC BACON RANCH LOOK LIKE A PICTURE . MY OTHER PIZZAS COLD

They guy at the front counter was super helpful and nice. The woman working back in the kitchen was cooking all alone yet still made my pizza fast even though it was late, which I'm not upset about at all with her in the kitchen all alone.

Choose a different Casey's in town for your pizza order. The quality control at this location does not exist. I've given them a couple tries recently and each time it's been razor thin and clearly old. I'm not a picky person, but my pickup orders have been close to inedible. When the store first opened everything was good.

The food is always a hit or a miss at this location. The staff isn't as welcoming as one would expect from so many years of the business. The pepperoni pizza at this location is like drinking grease than eating; it's definitely not a pretty sight to see so much grease on any type of pizza to begin with. Coolers seem to hardly be fully stocked majority of the days for drinks. It's an okay location, but definitely should have a bit more umph and sunshine for the location and traffic coming and going. Just my opinion.

Dirty, slow, literally the grimiest Casey's I've ever seen, wouldn't be surprised to find out they're doing drugs in the back. Everytime I make it there the pizza is burnt if your lucky to catch a slice because the displays are always empty. Always missing what I want, big empty holes in the shelves and the food sucks. And I love Casey's pizza, just anywhere but there.

At 6:00 pm only pizza slices they had ready were crusty ones that are labeled "please enjoy by 4:15" when I asked if anything else was on the way the answer was not at this moment.

UPDATE: Dec 2022 - more food items than I've seen in a while! They're doing better! Rating upped to 3 stars.
I've been told since about May 2022 that either their oven was broken or that the sandwich person didn't arrive until later or one excuse after another excuse. They only do pizza here, don't expect any other food items. Oh, they advertise that they have more than pizza ,but I haven't seen this location do any other item in at least six months. That's a helluva broken oven!

A coworker brought in a breakfast pizza. It was really better than I had expected! I’m not from SF so didn’t know what to expect. Very good!

Pizza was made well (8:45pm order), employees were friendly, but the pizza had about half the cheese and 1/3 of the meat as the picture when ordering. I've had plenty of Casey's pizza's and individual slices, and this pizza was like eating a low-calorie thin-crust. It also had just about as many jalapeños as meat. Very disappointing. I hate Casey’s in Sioux Falls. You never know what you’re going to get. Will prob never order Casey's again — just too many bad experiences. You think you’re gonna cheap out on customers and they just aren’t going to notice?

Was on a road trip and did an overnight in Sioux Falls. Ordered from Casey's. Had the Hawaiian and the Taco pizza with boneless wings. The wings were ok we just did not get our dipping sauce. The pizzas were both good, I could've done less of the chips or shells that were on the Taco pizza. Was a little difficult to eat with chips falling everywhere. Still a good place if your strapped on where to go.

July-12 -burnt chicken wings and a kinda burnt but oddly tasting cheese pizza. Very hard to eatLast time we orderedpizza we showed up around 15 min after the scheduled time after an hour wait. The pizza wasn't done had to leave an come back an hour later when we arrived again we got the wrong order

If I could give negative stars I would. i ordered a delivery through Your website and I told the driver to Call when he gets here as I live in a secured apartment complex. My order was returned ro the store. I called and talked to a girl she advised me to call doordash. I told her I didn't order through doordash. She hung up on me. I called doordash. Doordash advised me that they don't have order number or a way to refund me since I ordered through caseys. I called caseys back and asked the next girl who answered if my order could be remade and I would just come get it. I have 3 young kids that are hungry and she told me no they wouldn't make it. She hung up on me twice.. I will never walk into another caseys as long as I live. Those girls were rude and very inconsiderate and not at all wanting go resolve this situation. I asked the lady to speak to a manager. She said her manager was the one who hung up on me the first time. I said so I'm just out the 47$ dollars then? She said unfortunately yes. I order caseys quite frequently. I am a loyal customer and I can't believe the way this was handled today.
