We placed our online pizza order at 3:49 pm to have ready at 6:00 pm we arrived to pick up at 6:00 and it wasn't even in the over. I then asked the kitchen manager Cory Kunnningham why and he preceded to give me the customer attitude and excuses as the to why when it wasn't ready. We live out of town so we had to wait with three kids in the car. We were not reimbursed or anything done to make the situation right. We were given attitude and zero respect. Things need change! Big time! Very disappointed by the whole visit and experience! Look at the picture- 3:49 order placed and not even in the oven when I arrive.

October 1, 2023. Ordered two pizzas. Email says will be done at 6:12 pm. Arrive here at 6:05 pm. There are 6. Yea 6 people in line waiting. No sense of urgency here! One woman says she ordered three hours ago to be ready at 6, haven't even started hers. Another guy says two pizzas were suppose to be at 5:50 pm. Haven't started his. How the heck do I cancel?? This place is a disaster!! Stay away!!I will ask at 6:12 how long.... Then will cancel!! Never again!!! Why doesn't their online app order system work???6:18 pm toldKitchen manger Corey to cancel. They haven't even starts them yet!!! WTH kind of business and broken app is this Casey's?? Get a manager and a quality review audit IG this nightmare store.Update: went to papa John's and had a pizza in 16 minutes!! Here's the phone number and address for the future!!

While I was in the store last night I saw the kitchen worker struggling and angry crying. On my way out I causally told the manager who was on her cell phone "You might want to help her. She looks like she needs it." Today I learned I'm no longer allowed in the store for 'snapping' at said manager.From what I hear from the employees, this manager has also lost the better half her team in a month and is about to lose the other half. It's unbelievable corporate would let her continue what she is doing and drive store into the ground.

They used to have great customer service and EXCELLENT pizza. However, a week ago I wrote them about a sub-par pizza experience and it states on their website their customer service hours. I waited a full week to hear back from them and NOTHING! Very disappointed with them and hope that they look internally before continuing to grow. Maybe figure out staffing issues before growing and growing and not treating customers like they are disposable.

Breakfast pizza burnt and sandwich biscuit was hard as a rock. My coffee tasted horrible. Cashiers talking to each other and made me stand there till they were done with there conversation.

They use to have a lot of good breakfast in morning, but now never anything to pick from. Saw couple people standing doing nothing, and nothing for breakfast. Used to make frequent stops, but to many times nothing now. Originally went 1 star, but raised to 3 star with Casey's responding to check into it.

This place really needs to work on their food area. Caseys claims to be the best around for their pizza and service but I highly disagree. The only good part of this store is the girls that usually work during the morning/day are friendly. Everytime I order a pizza though it always takes alot longer then they say. I always wait 20 to 25 minutes before I go pick up and lately I am lucky if they are just putting the pizza in by the time I get there. This last time they were all standing around the counter laughing and talking which is fine, but when I walked over to the pizza area nobody came over and there wasn't even a pizza in the oven. I said something when someone finally came over to see what I needed and they said they hadn't seen the order come in? How's that possible if someone were doing what they were supposed to be doing.

Really need to work on the food services... The counter staff is always kind and welcoming. The food area however not so much and food is never ready when they say it will be. Was told 40 minutes from when we ordered and at 45 minutes they had not even started. They use the same cutting utensils for Gluten free pizzas as regular which will make people sick. Maybe you should have more than 2 people working on a Friday night as this location high traffic and should be treated as so. I am very disappointed especially paying $30 for 2 small Gluten free, cross contaminated pizzas that took an hour to get.Not coolUpdated, I received a discount on the 2 GF pizzas for the hour wait. Still think we will be ordering from a different location going forward.

Staff is helpful and friendly. This is the place I usually go for all my needs.
