My gf and I needed a new car, and I was told carhop was gonna take care of me and understanding if things go wrong. Turns out, I was mislead. This car is a rundown pos I could've bought for $800 from a private seller. They sold it to me for like $6800. They didn't inform me that the hinge on the hood was snapped, or there was no entertainment center (radio). I've been having mechanical issues since April and to no surprise they only say they understand, when in fact all they care about is getting their payments (that's going out to Christy). My experience and expectations have been severely diminished with them. Dolce is the only good thing about this Company. Too say the least, I could care less of this knocks my credit so far down because they sold a crappy car for 9x more than what's it's worth and I was the sucker that got it. Never buying anything from them again.

They did awesome helping us getting a car. Stayed in contact about helping us get into a car. While test driving the car we were originally going to get in broke down and Dulce was there in a flash to help us and they helped us get into a different vehicle. All staff are awesome!!! Very friendly.
