“Customer Service Agent, Devin is absolutely amazing! I called him half way thru my trip in a panic! I was 10 miles outside a tiny town in BFE and I got a flat tire. No spare. He presented me with options. I presented him with an option and BAM flat tire was taken care in less than a hour! I turned in keys we talked about about another lil issue and again.. Problem solved! He even called melater in the day to let me know an email is coming my way and not to worry.. He sure knows how to re-assure and calm a single's gals anxiety! Alamo deserves a Michelin star in my book! Will always rent with them!”

The associate instructed the individual to return if they noticed anything else not mentioned.I was given a Buick that I felt comfortable driving in the snow and ice. No issues occurred with the drop-off of the car. Everything was quick and simple.”
