They did a great job delivering my piano to my 2nd floor apartment and pricing was very reasonable ($120-ish for a short upright Wurlitzer and $1 per step). The process was easy and they took great care of the piano. I only put 4 stars because it was tough to communicate with them but we got it sorted out in the end.

Excellent service! We used Bob's for our church piano. He was prompt, friendly and thoroughly professional. We've had some issues with piano tuners in the past, so it was refreshing. We'll be using Bob's from this point on.

Found casters I was looking for from a piano. A very helpful gentleman that works for them helped me find the parts I was looking for very quickly. He even took the time to explain some history of pianos.
