I was so sick of the network going up and down and having ti fight with all my devices I CANCELLED!!Once I get my printers connected you have 10 minutes to change to 2.4) and my 10 minutes is up then my printers disconnect!! So frustrating. Constantly looses connection with tv. They said I had to many things connected and wanted me to up grade to $189 plan. She (the old lady rep) was just trying to up sell me! I have Alexa, a few light bulbs 2 computers and a couple Roku/firesticks I hated this company right after I had to switch because vast went away!! I will be looking for another provider!!I decided on T-mobile for whole house. As soon as I set it up (placing it and plugging it in) EVERYTHING connected automatically! I was a miracle! I’ve had zero issues and it’s super cheap! So now I’m a T-mobile customer for life! My phone s and my house!!

Absolutely terrible. Cuts out so often.Customer service blames your gaming, or your show streaming service. Even when you point out that it’s literally your internet connection because your box is red or blinking.Do not waste your money getting internet through this place.

Door to door rep made me late for work and basically wouldn't go away until I gave her my information for a date to install their services, and after reading all the reviews I'm very glad I didn't.

Ended our service October 31st and have been waiting to receive our credit back of $20 for the unused service. I spoke with a rep every week and they said they credited it back to my AMEX 11/17. It’s 12/9 & no credit. After all this inconvenience, I finally called to make a case through AMEX against them. The reps were also awful with two that seemed knowledgeable and kind. I would not use Bluepeak again & would steer others away.

I fell for their scam and got fiber internet. Constant connection drops, hard reboots of hardware every day...absolutely horrid.

Worst internet company ever! Can't even set up my emergency devices for epilepsy. They can't do nothing. Don't get your internet from them ever! You can't fix the issue. Your service team didn't do anything to help for 6months. Which in the rights for consumers any thing bought for a particular purpose and it doesn work for the the purpose... then you are not getting squat. You want me to pay 117$ for a service that didn't work! Nope. Take me to court please... try me

As everyone else has stated, stay away. I pay for the highest possible plan other than fiber because they don't offer it in my area... Myself and my roommate rely on internet to work from home and oh my gosh is the internet bad. How do we pay for the best plan you offer and still have 5-10 drops per day? Then when I go to game my games lag worse then when I was on dial up in the country in my hometown. It's absurd how scrappy their service is. I called and they said it's probably my router or modem. We'll I spent way to much money on new ones and it did absolutely nothing. Sad they can't even give you what you pay for. On top of that the internet goes down for hours at a time multiple times a month. It's just all bad, I highly recommend getting any other isp you can in the area unless you want to pay for internet that performs worse than my mobile Hotspot.

Just moved to Sioux Falls. And for the past two weeks I keep getting random knocks at my door and finally I answered and he said he was with bluepeak and knew what wifi company I go through. Just weird. And all 3 guys never parked in my driveway. They went walking some where and I couldn’t see where they went. Just very suspicious activity to me.

Is there less than one star? Beginning with my initial call on October 2, 2023, I asked that Bluepeak return to my backyard to complete their construction. You see, they left a significant hole next to their box and it is tipped at an angle. The hole is large enough that it fills with water and floods the area during rains.I was told it would be expedited and I would hear in 24-48 hours (let’s call that The Promise). Since I had not heard anything by October 5, I called again and was asked to send photos, which I did. I also received The Promise. Then, two weeks later, I called a third time. Again, I received The Promise.Last week, November 22, I called a fourth time and was assured I was on a “special” The Promise list and to call back if Bluepeak did not meet that timeline.Today, November 30, I made my fifth and final call. Again, I received The Promise.I notice on these reviews that Bluepeak averages a 1.8 rating. That’s too high.Avoid Bluepeak and their promises. Needless to say, I am not a Bluepeak customer and will not be in the future.

I would give 0 stars but not an option. We randomly lose our internet connection multiple times a day, called in and she was like “I’m showing you are online I don’t know what you want me to do, try calling in when it is down.”I told her it was down when I called but when your on hold for 45 minutes it came back on. It’s terrible service and stay away from Bluepeek.

The service was fast and as I desired. The service tech Larry was by far the best I've ever seen. Would recommend them to anyone who might be interested in what they have to offer.

Bluepeak should stop advertising until they are able to provide service in a timely manner. I set up an appointment for service on October 7th. They’re not even scheduled to run a line to my house until the second week in November. Then I have to set up another appointment in order for them to bring me equipment. If you’re in an area where lines to your home aren’t already established, prepare to wait nearly 2 months.
