Review of Bluepeaks Internet from an IT Professional:
As a resident in an apartment that recently switched to Blue Peaks Internet, my experience has been significantly disappointing.
Installation Process: During the installation, the technicians left a large Ford F350 idling directly outside bedroom windows for over an hour, causing significant discomfort. This disruption forced me to leave my home during work hours to seek fresh air.
Customer Service: The customer service provided to tenants was subpar, and on some occasions, outright rude. This is unacceptable for a company that serves residential areas.
Technical Expertise: As an IT professional, I found their technical proficiency lacking, particularly when it comes to advanced networking needs. This is not what I expect from an internet service provider.
Post-Visit Concerns: I have also noticed a change in my landlord's attitude towards me following their visit, which I find troubling.
Overall, this experience left me feeling sick, degraded, and undervalued as a professional. While I acknowledge that their fiber service is of decent quality, I urge caution—professional etiquette was not adequately observed and thrown out the window here.
The situation here reminds me of the monopolistic customer service of companies like Comcast, Ma Bell, or 1980s cable providers, where lack of competition leads to a disregard for customer experience

I was a little weiry at first, but now that I had them for about 3 months all is well. So far so good !

I have internet from BP so I cannot speak for the TV service. The price, speed and quality of the internet is unbeatable. It's the best bang for your buck. The service has always been great and I never have to hassle with contracts like I did with Midco. I've been a happy customer for nearly 10 years.

when the Neighbor accidentally cut he bluepeak line The response time was extreamly good. Lost time for the internet was less than 1 hour.

Been with Bluepeak for a couple years. So my bill was getting to be a nightmare. I called and they lowered my bill by 40%. Absolutely wonderful sales team and customer service. Thanks Team!

Worst internet company. Have had the services maybe a month and 3 outages already. Two of the outages were for over 6 hours. You can’t ever get ahold of anyone when you call either. Just overall a horrible experience. If you want internet that never works definitely go with bluepeak!

Insisted on auto pay for a discount. Made me pay manually when payment wasn’t taken properly, then I was double billed and billed the wrong amount. They “weren’t able” to give me a refund. They are incompetent and need to be shut down. In short, they stole almost fifty dollars I didn’t owe and refused to return it. First they used it to up my service to the next tier without my permission, then when that wasn’t acceptable to me they gave me an extra month. Sorry, I wanted the money back - I have bills. They are thieves. Will be cancelling this service from shady interlopers.

My installer was awesome!
Ms.N Frame was helpful, displayed courtesy and professionalism. She answered our questions and helped two older customers fully understand the app, router and modem functions. Definitely an employee who sets the bar high for great customer service!
I’m glad I went with this company despite some of the reviews.

Terrible experience. I’ve gotten 3 outages within the past 2 weeks and I can’t call them because they close at 10:00. This is ridiculous. Would not recommend

1st., let me say your service is good, anytime we have had a problem you've fixed it asap.
However I do have 1 issue with this business. I know you may think $3.00 isn't all that much, but for some of us, we do have to watch where our money goes. This business has found the need to charge its customers because they apparently think a stamp, 1 sheet of paper and an envelope is just too much for them to handle, so you dump the cost on us. Shame on you.
