Got their most expensive wash today "Works" and the back of my car is still filthy. First time here, and definitely did not make a good impression to earn a repeat customer. Would not pay anywhere close to $20 for this.

They turned me away. And told me my car is to dirty and full of mud. Like your a car WASH. Thats where you bring your dirty car to get clean. Wont use there services ever again.

I'm giving two stars because the wash was great, but the customer service was horrible. I traded my vehicle in and got an EV that can't go through the standard automatic car wash it has to be truly touchless. When I was going to cancel my subscription, the clerk told me that the other location is touchless. This is a lie. When I went back to ask for my money back, as I was misled, they told me a manager would have to contact me they couldn't do it. I have yet to be contacted, and now I'm still out the almost $40 for a top-tier wash package I can't use.

They didn't pretreat or scrub the front of my vehicle for the bugs on it. Otherwise, it was good. I went in to ask about this, and they said I could tell them to do it each time, or if I get the monthly subscription, I can go through twice (but, time is money here people)! He explained that it's a case by case situation for if they see bugs or not for scrubbing them. I didn't have a buffet of bugs on my vehicle, but in the end, not all of the bugs were off when I wiped my vehicle down with the towels. That was a letdown. I guess I expect that it should be done on every vehicle if you're paying for the highest wash package. It was not the best trial run to see where I want a monthly subscription from for washing my vehicle Blue Tide, but it was a decent washing.

Quick and easy but left some light scratches last time likely from the brush they use.
