I am surprised that I am getting a request for a review considering one hour ago I returned the vehicle back due to not receiving the paper work to register the vehicle or bank info after 4 months! Four months! I had to call multiple times and stop by the dealership to get updates. Finally after being told "next week" another time, I returned the vehicle.

Wanted steering checked out. Seemed to be tight sometimes and other times looser. They checked and could not find anything wrong. Also changed cabin filter so pleased with them.

The Sioux Falls service team do a great job of scheduling and getting you in and out friendly and competently. Tom made me feel as though I was chatting with a good friend while being chauffeured to and from my appointment while my new key fob was made. Good experience, I only wish key fob replacements were not so expensive!

I worked with Ian and I had an amazing experience. I have never bought a car from a dealer before and I had a great experience. Ian listened closely to what I wanted and when he called me with what he thought was a perfect car, I was traveling. After looking at pictures and having Ian look at it for me, I bought it sight unseen!! I was thrilled when I got back into town and took possession of the car. Thank you for your support in buying a car!!

Let me preface this by saying I HATE buying cars, but this was a really good experience! My salesman, Trevor, was more concerned about me getting the right car than about making a sale. The financing was... I mean it's financing, but it was not bad! Actually somewhat pleasant, as weird as that is to say. Highly recommend!

Royce was my friendly salesman and helped us find A awesome new Nissan. He was helpful and informative. He was very pleasant and available and helped maneuver all obstacles. Also Conrad helped with financing and was very patient and understanding and super friendly. My experience was exceptional for what could of been stressful, they helped me buy a beautiful new vehicle at a price I could afford.

I HATE car shopping but Jeff and Aaron made it as painless as possible!! Both were super helpful and very, VERY speedy! Jeff was very helpful, he understood my budget and stuck to it. Aaron did the paperwork and we were in and out in no time at all! It was a great experience. Big thank you to Jeff and Aaron! We love the Jeep!

I think the service we received was fine. Typically the actual store experience is pretty good, but I hate your phone system. Every time I call in to talk to a person at the store I get the central call team. The experience is typically not a good one, and I have vowed not to buy another vehicle that would be serviced by Billion because of it. I actually use Billion as an example in my company of how we should not do call routing. In fact, I was in a meeting with our OE supplier for our company today and used the Billion phone experience as an example of what we and our supplier should not do to our customers.

Our sales person was amazing. He knew a lot about the Nissan vehicles and had a test drive the vehicle route that gave us all different kinds of road conditions. That was awesome.

Meghan provides five star service. My vehicle was serviced even before the appointment time was scheduled to be done. All of my questions were answered and she was very thorough with the entire process and inspection. If you want to be treated like family, billion Nissan service department is where to go. Ask for Megan. She’s amazing.

It's always a little freaky walking into a dealership with unknown issues with a car. But the service representatives were awesome. My appointments were made with ease and the service was impeccable. Prices were a little more than I'd hoped for, but all the things that were fixed were well worth it. I'm very happy I chose Billion Nissan.

Shoutout to Royce for making our car buying experience the best! Royce was very personable and made sure we were cared for all day. After the car was bought, my wife left her phone back at the dealership. Royce went back to work after he already left to help look for it. Great person all around. If you are needing a car and want a great experience, ask for Royce.

Edit: While the experience with the salesman was nice, the car needed some work done before coming home with us. It’s been almost a month and it just doesn’t feel like they’ve made it a priority. It’s looking like we’re gonna make a payment on the car before even being able to drive it.Ian was super helpful and nice! He was easy to talk to and great at his job!
