The customer service at BBD is top notch! I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to Dylan, Ben, and Logan (I believe were the names). All 3 blew us away with their knowledge, personable positive attitudes, excellent customer service, and great communication! The bed is great, their work is amazing! 10/10 recommend! Not all beds are the same & when you can get honest, reliable, and amazing customer service along with a great mattress - it’s a no brainer for us to shop for all our bed needs at BBD! Even the Omni Pillow blows us away!!!

Wonderful customer service from the time we bought the bed to our delivery personnel. I highly recommend buying a bed by beds by design. Our ultra comfort mattress is,well worth the money!! It's so nice to have a great night's sleep! My husband really is appreciative of the delivery personnel. They set everything up and took old mattress and made sure everything was set up correctly. He says they were superb! Thanks everyone! Keep up the great work!! D&D DECKER

Super frustrating. We won a 200.00 gift certificate at the home show and we were told we could use it at a later time. Just stopped in to buy a pillow and it’s now not showing in there system. But we were told we could buy one and get one free instead.

We recently got a medium sized beanbag chair and absolutely love it! Perfect size and so comfortable! It works great for kids and adults and is a great alternative for extra seating. Chad and the rest of the staff at Beds By Design is the best. Greeted with a friendly hello and amazing service during the whole process! Highly recommend Beds By Design!
