I love the large Manga collection available at Barnes and noble! I'm it's a garentee I'll be going home with books I'll love! The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of one is because I've had the unfortunate luck of finding books that genuinely feel like they should be illegal to be sold and the website will not warn you of TWs. But Phil makes it all better, he's the chillest and most friendly guy, he never judges me on what I buy or return, he jokes and makes you feel comfortable. Get this man a raise!

I was there the other day and some old lady at the register accosted me for not having my Barnes & Noble points card. Dude, I’m not going to keep that thing in my wallet. I will never bring it to the store. They will have to look me up by E-mail, every time. Anyway, I’ve been shopping there for years, and they are consistently um…jerk-ish. I don’t look like their average customer, and that's how they treat me. Honest to God, no one has ever even once asked me if I need help or anything of the like. absolutely insanity from my perspective - but precisely what one of my kind would expect… Testem benevolentiae nostrae, Indeed.

This store always has what I need. But, I don't get how the books are shelved. I work at a library. When I think the books are alphabetical, they end up not being alphabetical. When I think they are by genre, that is not quite the case. The employees are always helpful, if you can find one. You would think a librarian would feel comfortable finding things here, but I am always at a loss. I do better when I am just browsing and not looking for something in particular.
