“It is always a great experience working with Frankman Motors when it comes to sales, scheduled vehicle maintenance and customer service! Most recently my car started making a loud noise. I made an appointment but with a weekend trip planned, I asked Kyle if he could just take a quick look at it to make sure it was safe to drive. He said sure stop by anytime. I walked in at 8 am, he took it for a quick drive, diagnosed the problem and offered to fix it that same day! I was given a loaner car and within a few hours my car was ready and I only had to pay a deductible as I had a warranty purchased through Frankman when I bought my used car there. “I’ve been driving my International LT for three years. Since it was new. From day one, it’s always been hard to handle. So much so, that I’ve gotten a callous on my thumb from ‘babysitting’ the wheel. Finally spoke with the company and they told me to bring it here. They also said, “There is no finer alignment shop in the country than Dakota Alignment.” The technician listened to me, took it for a spin, came back and in about an hour and a half, backed her out and took it for another spin. I left with it and knew right away. It wasn’t right from day one. Never even hit the interstate. Just cruising down a sub-street it was as it was intended to be. I always knew there was something not right. No matter the road, no matter the speed, the wheel was always turned to the right around the 12:45 position on a straight road, now she’s at the twelve o’clock position!! She doesn’t wander!! This isn’t the first time I’ve been here. I brought another truck in here years ago with the same results. I’ll agree with my company on this; You’ll not find a finer alignment shop in the country and I have seen a few. ?”

“So far, from this current experience, I was really impressed with the amount of care and respect I was given. Larry was, and has seemed to me, to be the most honest mechanic I've come across in this town. We have taken our cars to multiple places here in Sioux Falls, and this has hands down been the best place we have gone to, thus far. We will be bringing our work to these mom and pop shop owners from now on. Prices were fair, and the communication level I received was excellent, not to mention the understanding that I received, as I was at work, and we had to play phone tag to resolve car troubles. They're a small shop, a husband and wife, but they are worth the try. Would recommend, so far it's a 5/5 for me.”

“This is the best battery center I have ever encountered throughout my travels. No matter what day in April I return home as a traveling snow-bird. The battery of my pickup truck left in a storage garage is always dead. I call AAA for a battery boost. Then drive my truck to Interstate All Battery Center to request a loaner battery while they charge my recently boosted battery for a couple of days.Employees at this center are friendly, professional, and actually take whatever time needed to listen to customer problems and resolve it. As a result, my request for a loaner battery is quickly honored. Therefore, I am able to run errands, show up for returning home doctor appointments etc.”

They fixed a fuel issue I had and did an oil change all for a very reasonable price. Alex was kind enough to drive all the way to Lennox to pick me up when it was finished because I didn't have a ride. Above and beyond in customer service and they know their stuff!”

“Bar-none the best place in town to take any starter/alternator/generator you have. Old school knowledge you just don't find anymore. Almost always has a replacement on hand. Been taking parts here for years??”
“Our Granddaughter tore the plastic bumper off the front of her car during the last snow storm. Called them up to see if they could help me out on short notice because she was leaving for college in a few days. They said bring it over and we'll look at it. Had it done in a couple of hours and only charged an hours labor. Highly recommend them.”
