I made an appointment but with a weekend trip planned, I asked Kyle if he could just take a quick look at it to make sure it was safe to drive. He said sure stop by anytime. I walked in at 8 am, he took it for a quick drive, diagnosed the problem and offered to fix it that same day! I was given a loaner car and within a few hours my car was ready and I only had to pay a deductible as I had a warranty purchased through Frankman when I bought my used car there. “Comunication was very much lacking in the beging towards the end communications was alot better. My key folds into my fob, upon pickup noticed it had been forced closed as the pin holding my key came out a little and gouged the key case evntually resuling in the pin allowing the key to fall of fob. Could be more careful with keys that fold. Eli was a great help and super nice,he exsplained everything and tried his best to give me time frames of services!”

“My husband and I had our cargo van towed in to Team Automotive when the water pump and alternator went out in it recently. The staff was extremely helpful in getting our cargo van up and running right away. We only planned to be in town that morning for business when our van broke down. Since this was an extensive repair, we ended up having to book a hotel stay while we waited for repairs to be completed. Even in the snowy weather and icy roads, Lewis was super helpful enough to take us to our hotel and picked us right back up when repairs finished. The technician, Jordan, repaired the vehicle faster than expected so that we could get back home to SC as soon as possible. We couldn't be more grateful for all that Lewis, Jordan, and Walley did to get us back on the road quickly and safely. 10/10 Definitely recommend this repair shop! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I was heading up to South Dakota for a Veteran Pheasant hunt and my transmission failed in my Silverado. Jay Egge was recommended so was able to trailer the truck there and they confirmed it was done. Jay Egge accommodated me by having a fast turnaround and maintained contact as the process was completed. They were willing to even trailer my truck part way to lessen the inconvenience. They even recognized me as a Veteran and gave me a discount on my repair bill.

“A great place to bring your vehicle to. They don’t talk over your head, they bring it down so you can understand what they are doing to your vehicle. With that said the one issue I have and I take half of the blame is they need to tell you what the estimate of the cost will be to fix your vehicle. There NEVER should be any surprises with the cost when you are coming to pick up your vehicle. The prior owners of Team Automotive did a great job with the very important part. Again I never asked and should have. I also should have had the option of a rebuilt starter vs. a new one. They guys were great in working with me and for that reason I will be back. Guys please incorporate the estimate before working on someone’s vehicle.”

“I changed the oil in my 2011 town and country and noted nothing odd as I have changed the oil many times. The next day it was leaking oil badly. The oil filter cap was leaking a little so I replaced it but the leak persisted. We dropped the van at SWT on Cliff ave thinking the filter housing had cracked which is common for these. SWY finished the job a day early and replaced the valve cover gaskets and spark plugs as part of the job. The new filter housing is all metal and won’t crack again. Great service and knowledge with the cars and their issues.”

“I’ve been driving my International LT for three years. Since it was new. From day one, it’s always been hard to handle. So much so, that I’ve gotten a callous on my thumb from ‘babysitting’ the wheel. Finally spoke with the company and they told me to bring it here. They also said, “There is no finer alignment shop in the country than Dakota Alignment.” The technician listened to me, took it for a spin, came back and in about an hour and a half, backed her out and took it for another spin. I left with it and knew right away. It wasn’t right from day one. Never even hit the interstate. Just cruising down a sub-street it was as it was intended to be. I always knew there was something not right. No matter the road, no matter the speed, the wheel was always turned to the right around the 12:45 position on a straight road, now she’s at the twelve o’clock position!! She doesn’t wander!! This isn’t the first time I’ve been here. I brought another truck in here years ago with the same results. I’ll agree with my company on this; You’ll not find a finer alignment shop in the country and I have seen a few. ?”
