Shopped at Best Buy to get idea for remote starter..... turns out they didn't even have any despite boasting its perks when I was in store. Luck would have it... drove by Audio Playground got some information bout the remote starters. Excellent staff there. Turns out to be better priced and comes with wonderful hospitality. Gotta love these local businesses. My wife is in love with her remote starter installed by APE and will be coming here for our future businesses. ?

I kept putting off getting a dash camera. I simply did not care for the hassle at Best Buy since I had been there one time already, and could not find any help? Audio playground exceeded my expectations and I was delighted to learn that there were other options in Sioux Falls. Joe very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. I was very pleased with the camera and the installation. It was done right the first time I would highly recommend this establishment.

Stopped in on Saturday May 6th of 2023 the guy behind the counter was so involved in bsing with another customer about race cars that he didn't even acknowledge us or two other customers that were waiting there. After telling him my CD player had caught fire he asked me if I saw any burnt wires. As I was attempting to answer him he completely overlooked me and asked my husband if he looked and what did he see. It was as if I'm a woman and I don't know what's going on so let's ask the man. I had to explain to him four times what happened because he kept interrupting me to try and guess what the issue was . At this point he tried telling me that there could be a loose wire in my door or a soaker wire that came disconnected. I asked him if this would cause my CD player to catch on fire. Then he proceeded to tell me all of these things he was going to modify in my truck and gave me a quote of roughly $800. Thanks but no thanks, I'll go somewhere else

I kept putting off getting a dash camera due to not being helped Best Buy by anybody who knew about them. I also was seeking installation. I am so thankful that I found Audio Playground. I found Joe to be very knowledgeable. I purchased a unit and was very pleased with the prompt installation. They were also very accommodating to follow up questions. I would highly recommend this business.

I never felt like a place of busines where am feel not wanted patty is very nice to me but most of the employees are not very nice came in an was told they couldn't get what I wanted sent someone else in and they can get it in a week ill go somewhere else or shop on line

Just informing that, in case you're not aware, if you're not happy with the speakers you bought, there's a good chance you can't get your old ones back and reinstalled. They "modified" mine and told me they no longer exist. I did not expect my new speakers to not sound as good as my factory, and when they told me it was gonna be an upgrade, it really was a downgrade. Now I'm out $$ and the only solution to have better sound is to pay more $$. This is not entirely AP's fault as I'm a super novice when it comes to buying speakers..I just wish my first time doing so wasn't so disappointing.

Transferred a remote start to a new car and they did something to the old car that made the break lights not work. Sold it as is but just kind of annoying. They didn't clean up their mess inside the car and put the panels all the way back together.

Very nice, prices are high but the job gets done. Nicely and professionally, would recommend. Had my LED lights installed and then went back for my dash cam install, good stuff
