I was in a few weeks ago to get myself a watch. Devon helped me and listened to me. Heard me mention that we'd probably need a phone for my son later this year and looked at what we were doing that day and said a phone would only increase another $5 if we did together with the watch. Had my bill increase down to the penny almost. Thanks Devon!

There is not even a person to listen to their recorded phone line or they would hear me swearing as loud as i can. Complete rip-off. Total scam at every store. Ive been stuck with them since 1995 and they wont release my business number. Ive been trying since 2017. Truth

The coverage is horrible. I take one step outside of Sioux Falls and non of my calls go through. I can barely send texts from my work. They constantly fail to send. I am always hoping that I don’t have any car problems when I’m outside of city limits because I would be screwed with no way to contact anyone with the terrible coverage I get with AT&T. I will be changing providers as soon as I can. Also very over priced. They charged me $300+ for the first 2 months on 3 lines because of startup fees. Avoid getting a phone through them at all costs.

Garbage company...canceled my service 2 months ago and they are still trying to charge me ....contacted support and they refused to help me without an account number...I know damn well you can find me other ways....glad I went with Mint mobile....far cheaper and much better customer service.

The Rep. that helped me, I believe his name was Daniel. Was patient, informative,extremely helpful. Went past 8pm he didn't rush me out of the store. Finished with a my questions with a smile and a handshake. Great employee any company would be happy to have him. I probably got his name wrong.. I'm terrible at remembering names. AT&T store on the east side is definitely my favorite store now!!

Manager is rude and unhelpful. This phone service is not worth the money. We can barely get service in buildings in Sioux Falls. We have no service in several small towns including the place I work. No effort was made to try to solve this problem by the manager. Don’t go to this shop.

We switched Over from T-Mobile to AT&T and came To visit this Location. The Employees Went above and Beyond for Us. They were Super Helpful and they were very knowledgeable. Only Name I could remember was Devin, He was Great!

Beware the sketchy sales tactics at this store! We spoke with a salesperson here which lead to us changing plans and upgrading phones. We were told our bill would go down, and that any credit for our phone trade-ins would be applied upfront. Sounded great! Almost too good to be true! It was..Turns out our bill went up $30/month and the phone credit would actually be applied over the next 36 months..Ok, not what we wanted or thought we were agreeing to. Clearly we were misinformed and there must be something we can do about this to get it settled.NOPE.I tried to work with the store employee multiple times and of about 9 messages I left for a call back, I received none.AT&T customer service on this was an absolute joke. Even though I was lied to and given false information by an employee at this store, that led to me changing my plan, I've been told I'm stuck with it and there is nothing they can do.Miserable experience. Would not recommend 0/10.Anybody got suggestions for new carriers?!
