Very disappointed. Went to the store specifically for something the website said was in stock. Looked on my own for a while (all around the store since it wasn't where the websitesaid it SHOULD be) before I asked for assistance. Two employees tried to help me, but they couldn't find the item either. They double checked the area the website indicated and their UPC check verified that there were 5 SOMEWHERE in the store. Three people, two of whom work there, could not find the items after walking ALL over the store. A frustrating waste of time and gas for me to drive to a store, have this kind of issue, and still walk out without the item in question. Do better.

I asked a lady for help, she told me where to look, didn't help me look for it and didn't look it up to see if there were any in store. I drove 2 hours just to come to this store for cauldrons to make candles. I was sad that lady didn't care to help me. I ended up finding them on my own after circling around the halloween decor for awhile.

Generally, I like shopping the local store. However, they did not have the items I was interested in in stock and was directed to order online. I completed my online order and it was delivered today. There was zero packaging to protect the loose items and consequently, one of the items arrived damaged. The local store cannot help me because they did not fulfill the online order. The shipping store cannot help me because I don't live nearby to return/replace the item. There is not a customer service number to call and only offer an email to send concerns into. I am highly disappointed in the level of care my order and I have received today. I am basically being left holding a broken item and no recourse.

be nice if you stop letting people park in your parking alot throwing trash and glass all over and racing and speeding when you guys about to close or when your lights turn off in the parking lot

Bought 3 outdoor pots at the end of the season. Set them outside for the winter and they are all broken and crumbling. An outdoor planter should last more than 4-5 months. Company refused to replace, offer credit, or refund. Too bad because we enjoyed this store for our business and personal home decor. We will not return. Poor customer service and poor quality items.

This guy “LARRY” was the worst character I have ever met in my life.At 6’2, 315lbs- he was very scary and intimidating. I had to hold back fear and tears as I defended myself to this bully.I bought a BEAUTIFUL all mirror cabinet. This cabinet was marketed 25% due to having a broken door. I talked to the kind manager and she gave me in additional 10%- blessing me with a total of 35% off.I was so happy I found this dresser. However, when checking out the cashier was having problems adding the discount. That’s when Mr. Larry stomped up to the front. He told the cashier, “you’re only taking 10% off- not 35%! The 25% is already included in the total!”No Larry, the 25% off was due to the merchandise being broken- the dresser was marked down in the system because it was out of season and it was lower than the original price. So that marked down price, plus 25% for being broken, plus 10% from the manager.You were wrong! Shame on you!Just because you were having a bad day, doesn’t mean you can intimidate people with your heavy bodily stature and bully them into mathematics that you were wrong in!!Next time stay out of situations and mind your own business.You put ma awful taste in my mouth from what was a great and beautiful day.Shame on you!!
