Waited in line to pay for over 20 minutes on August 21st at 2:30 in the afternoon. If you want people to sign up for rewards, a credit card, or a drawing it would be good to put that info in their bag and they can do it at home. Or have one specific line for services. Not impressed and will not be back.

This place is amazing, I am always finding something here, beautiful things and at a great reasonable price. Staff seems friendly and helpful. Always great new items everytime I visit.

I witnessed a complete power trip. Some woman with the name tag saying "Jami," claiming to be a store manager, was treating a customer like she was yelling at her child. My experience was frightening and shameful. There was a kind and helpful employee who was in a well-dressed gray shirt. The customer asked her name. Kayla or Layla, I’m not sure. But she actually fixed whatever was happening, all while this Jami was harassing them both. When the woman was CRYING, the employee professionally asked Jami to let her handle it. Jami REFUSED to leave. I was just there to buy a somethings…but WTAF. Whoever is the real store manager of this building needs to fix whatever is going on in that store. It’s was like that SNL skit from the 80’s of a trashy dollar store. Straight out of a comedy. Yikes

I'm very disappointed with this company right now. They sent me an email saying "Going Fast Superstore super sale Clearance up to 50% off " Right beneath it it says "New Markdowns Outdoor decor clearance 50% off" with a picture showing 15 or sixteen items in it. I wanted one of the items so I drove down to the store only to be told that item which was the same one in the picture wasn't even on sale....much less 50% off.....this feels a little like a bait and switch....at the very least ...deceptive. I have to wonder how much investigative work At Home expects their customers to do ...when we can just go down the street and get something without any hassle / misrepresentation at all.

If You're going to have an area where the line starts you must go through then why are people allowed to just jump in the other way? Had been waiting in line for approximately 5 minutes when somebody jumps the line nobody stopped them... I know it's not your job to police people's habits but if you're going to make us go through a specific area to get into line then make everyone go through that line.
