So far sucks. Went in for a sore tooth paid $17500 for future work but left with sore tooth and they have yet to set up any future appointments. Sure cashed the check though

I made an emergency appointment at Aspen Dental to address issues I was having with a dental abscess and two broken teeth. I drove an hour from out of town looking forward to finally having these issues resolved. I expected to be prescribed antibiotics for the infection and have the abscess drained and most likely have the bad teeth extracted. Instead, I left with pressure to commit to a plan for future dental work that would have cost me over $13,000 and the infection itself being left untreated. I ended up going to an urgent care later who prescribed me the needed antibiotics while I looked for another dentist.

Quick and polite. Had broken tooth that needed pulled however there was an infection so they couldn't pull it. Was very polite and courteous about it. Made sure prescription was sent immediately and it was actually ready when I got to pharmacy.They wanted to schedule extraction asap but being I'm an OTR Driver I couldn't. However they explained that I could go to any aspen dental anywhere they would transfer the xrays.

This was the worst dentist appointment I’ve had in a long long time. I was even in an office that bullet holes in the window and that was a much better experience. I came in to get a partial done but they refused and unfortunately I don’t believe them. I know what I need to have done to my mouth but my partial broke a few months ago and I didn’t have time to get a new one made. I just want my 4 front teeth to have a partial so that I can work towards getting my next goal and plan done but unfortunately they didn’t seem to care. Wasting time to get something done to feel more human and told it was unethical is complete disregard. Since 2016, I haven’t had any issues with getting my partials done. This was not only a complete waste of my time but it was also demoralizing and dehumanizing. I won’t be going back there.

Two thumbs up!! I felt very safe and cared for. Any questions or concerns that I had, were answered and addressed. I feel very confident about my upcoming surgery. I know that I am in good hands.

At this point, I would not recommend Aspen to anyone. While under their care, with numerous visits, I was initially pleased with their services. Then, I was hit with charge for "advance payment", for future services, which I felt was sketchy. I immediately cancelled all future appointments, but the damage was done; I had utilized their preferred financing company, and was now being billed (with interest) for services that HAVE NOT BEEN PERFORMED. Charges are being disputed, obviously. Better Business Bureau complaint has been filed. Over the past two weeks I've been assured by an office manager named Nadine that a refund would be forthcoming for the services that were NEVER performed, but now am being told that they won't refund the charges unless I call my insurance company. I've been lied to regarding this matter by three different employees of Aspen Dental, have been the victim of fraudulent billing, and I caution anyone who has been a patient of Aspen Dental to closely examine your billing statements.

If there was an option for negative stars I would give this place negative 5 stars came here due to them being recommended an even with my dental insurance the prices are outrageously high how do you expect people that struggle to make ends meet to afford these prices

Watch you bill they charge you ahead of time for service, even if you do not have any more appointments. They are fraud

Website and Google says open Saturday 8a to 4p, closed sun, mon, tue for Christmas. Get here. Closed. Paper sign. Saturday by appt only. How freaking unprofessional. Update your hours. Will discourage people from coming here. Guess you don't want business or money.

I was there for an X-ray and oral exam. Didn't have to wait too long. Last year I got a crown and it stays in well. Appreciate the later hours on Monday.

Nice staff. Took almost two hours for a check-up and cleaning, after they made me reschedule three hours earlier for running a bit behind earlier in the day.

Felt extremely rushed through my appointment. It felt like they were wanting to sell me stuff more so then explain to me what I needed done. I was also scheduled for a cleaning but that was never done. So, I'm not sure I'd suggest going here. Just not a good first experience.
