Two out ten. I know it’s five but they aren’t really one out five. They only care about the money you bring in, not the pet. Disappointed to say the least. They could have done better.

Dr. Castro, Patrick and staff made saying goodbye to our 14 y/o Sigi as gentle as it could have been: From the nicely appointed goodbye room to the treats (chocolate, pb, cookies) that eliminated any stress for our old boy to the care from Patrick, Dr. Castro and the techs behind the scenes, THANK YOU from the bottoms of our hearts.

my puppy aspirated 3 days ago. I was working and had my boys take him there. I told them on the phone that he aspirated bad Eating canned food with dog formula in it. After that he had a hard time breathing. I was giving him fluids, amoxicillin, and dextrose myself. But on New Year's Day he got worse. None of my vets were open. So we decided to go to the 24 hour vet that can take care of him. Right when we got there you give 140.00 up front. Then they do parvo Test and charge you 60.00. Which I told them it's not parvo. My boys said 5 other nurses came in asking the same questions. Then they gave an estimate of 1800.00. That is insane. i Was on the phone with them. I told them no. I just need stronger antibiotics or something for his fever. They got annoyed and wouldn't give him no meds to take home. Then they told me that the Dr hasn't even seen him yet. So the eatimate is from one of their techs. They read it off and they had stuff down that he didn't need. They said its just in case. The Dr hasn't seen him yet so they just guessed what they were going to give him. SMH. Never gave him nothing for his fever. They knew that we drove 2 hours there. Was at the office for 2.5 hours. And another 2 hours back with nothing. My sons waited for meds. At first they said they will send him home some. But no one came. My puppy had no glucose, no fluids, nothing for his high fever. And then they change their minds and never sent him home with nothing. these ppl just want their money. If you give them the money they want they will take care of your pet. But you have to pay 200.00 to just walk in the door. This is sick and wrong.

Very polite staff. In my opinion, the docs were extra cautious, perhaps overly. Which is good for your animals, but less so for your wallet. I feel they took good care of my cat, but maybe did more than was probably necessary. Just be sure to ask lots of questions and ask why things are needed

Deb at the reception counter on 9/11/23 is extremely short, rude and should not be dealing with people and i am confident i am not the only person to point this out . I have used All City since 2019 and have never had a bill less than 300 dollars and several over 500 which isnt a problem. My dog was acting ill and was pressed for time and was told i could not drop her off. No problem i will bring her in and wait . During the wait , another person had some sort of delay and was given the option to leave her pet. After that i asked why i could not leave mine. A fair question, in an extremely shrewd and rude tone i was told "well she's a regular" As was i. It is bad enough to have a problem with a pet. To be treated as i have never been to the place before or have not spent thousands was pretty rude. The other gentleman was professional and kind with courtesy. The reason for my departure and issue was not the wait time, i was ready to deal with that but the unproffessional treatment from Deb. I would have gladly paid to drop her off, i have never told this place no on anything they suggested and always paid without incident or complaint . Not a problem tho. I will not impose on you again.

The fact that I have to take my dog in at midnight was awful. The fact that they are open 24 hour for the emergency clinic is a blessing! There was a $132 fee to see a vet but my expensive visit was worth it to help my fur baby feel better. In the end, her eating something foreign that we couldn't tell what it was cost me about $1000 but she's alive, resting, and not throwing up anymore. The whole overnight staff was very kind and understanding. They explained things to me and made fair recommendations.I was told that many people don't do the ex ray and only do blood work because of the coast. I'm telling you now, do the ex ray if your pup may have eaten something. Yes, it's expensive but you love your baby and we would not have known that she had an obstruction if we hadn't done the ex ray.A plan of action was made and medication was prescribed. Now, my precious Opal dog is home resting and doing so much better! To see her comfortable is well worth the price tag. While it wasn't a fast experience, I would say it was very comparable to a standard ER visit for many people. It took us about 4 hours to get in, find out what the issue may have been, take action, and then head home. It wasn't unreasonable in our situation, and while every case may be different, I think the staff was very reasonable and understanding. Our midnight visit, while upsetting, was necessary and I'm glad we went. Opal has relief from her pain and is now resting comfortably at home because of the caring actions of the staff. Thank you to everyone involved in her care. You've reassured this dog mom and given my baby her comfort back.

Only emergency pet clinic around but bring your checkbook. I'm shocked at the huge amounts this clinic charges... It's not right to take advantage of people who need emergency care for their loved ones.

All City and Best Care Pet Hospital provided outstanding care and compassion for our sweetie. All City and Best Care worked together to resolve health obstacles to provide a plan and path forward. The Doctors and staff were outstanding - thank you to both.

Dr Sara was amazing with my dog, who has always been protective and has anxiety around strangers. She and the tech took their time and it was a wonderful visit for my dog. Highly recommend this office.

I'm sure the vets are just fine but we couldn't even get past the front desk because the customer service was terrible. Incredibly rude front staff that refused to help during an emergency... will not be coming back

This facility is nothing but scammers. I've had my dog into them twice for the same symptoms. The most recent was in February of this year. They put him on meds that he did well with. He is having the same symptoms that he had a month ago and because it is a different vet working this evening they tell me they don't feel comfortable with what their colleague gave him a month ago and want me to bring him back in so they can soak me for another $220.00 bucks. These people have a racket going on to soak people out of their money This dog has been in twice in the last year for these symptoms and its cost me 220.00 bucks a pop for this . What a joke. They're the only emergency vet within 400 miles. What a joke. That and the fact that after waiting almost 2 1/2 hours in an extremely hot exam room. When they did finally come in the room they barely even did an exam on my dog. I used to work for a vet years ago and these guys are a joke. They shouldn't even be allowed to call themselves vets. Pretty sad that they don't "feel comfortable " refilling medication that their own colleague gave my dog a month ago. That's what is telling me their scammers.
