We have used all city east with our now almost 3 year old dog since day one. The time pet owners make in their schedules in order to maintain their animals health is hugely important and should be respected. Today I leave the second attempt at an appointment very unimpressed with the lack of care of my dogs health. I will be finding a more suitable and knowledgeable vet clinic.

I was in and out quickly with my pup. All she needed was the bordatello oral vaccine. She didn’t need to see Dr Paul this trip and the tech just administered it in the lobby. All good!

Fantastic practice. All the staff are amazing and make it clear that they are there to offer the best care for your pet. The Vets take their time to complete a thorough exam, discuss findings and options for treatment. I always leave feeling like a valued customer - even when they are extremely busy they make you feel like they have all the time in the world. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The lack of empathy and care they showed my sick animal is disgusting. I wouldn’t take your pets here as it seems they only care about doing vaccinations and don’t care to help sick animals. My cat had been having urinary symptoms which I believed were caused by a UTI. I called around noon to have her seen and was refused a vet appointment. I was told I would need to pay $15 for a urine collection kit and they do not see cats in the clinic for UTI because the stress can worsen the symptoms. So I had to drive across town to pick up the kit, back home, then wait for my cat to pee. Of course my cat didn’t pee until after the vets office had closed , but I was assured by front desk staff that I could keep the sample in the fridge though and that would be fine. I was able to collect a sample around 9PM. I dropped it off in the morning and when asked when I would hear back because my cat was peeing blood and crying , I was told “well it’s usually pretty fast to run the test but we’re really busy today” . I reminded the front desk staff my cat was in pain and peeing blood and the sooner the better. I hadn’t heard anything by 11 so I called. No news. My cats peeing blood everywhere while this is going which I continued to remind them. And she was crying in pain. Called at 12:30. No news and they seemed irritated that I kept calling. Finally heard back around 2PM. This is over 24 hours after I noticed symptoms and she is progressively getting worse. Which really made me upset because they claimed the whole reason they refused to see her the day before was because it would worsen her symptoms. So I was told she does seem to have a uti but it was hard to get good readings because it was crystallized and she asked me “did you happen to put this in the fridge?” I told her yes I did as I was told that was ok. Seems like it wasn’t if they couldn’t get a good reading . I get the meds and things start to get better but a couple of weeks later , I wanted to have her actually seen in clinic because she was peeing again and I felt something more may be going on. I was again flat out refused an appointment with my vet .Throughout this entire process I never received a phone call from my veterinarian. No one called to check in to see how my cat was doing . The staff seemed irritated and put out by me trying to advocate for my sick baby. The whole thing has been disgusting and I am very disappointed.

One of our “fur babies” had a stomach bug, and not himself. Dr Emily, and Emma, were so kind to Oliver, and he’s good as new now!

I spent $258 to get some anti nausea medicine.Didn't get the care my animal needed.I was misled by the pawplan and their website claiming all pets deserve affordable care. Had been told I will be charged extra for dental extractions but can't be told how much extra till after the appointment. Told each extraction can be anywhere from $50-$300.So really I could get charged for 3 extraction anywhere from $150-$900But other vets only charge $200 FOR A TOTAL DENTAL APPOINTMENT INCLUDING EXTRACTION.So I paid them my last $258 my pet is still in pain from a not needed filler appointment and I can't afford care we actually need until February. They don't care about my animals health they care about making money. If I would have gone to the other vet in the first place I would have been charged WAY less and my animals needs would have been met immediately. Don't fall for this scam. It's not worth it. Not only is my animal suffering because of the lack of care but I can't afford to get help elsewhere cause they won't give me any sort of a refund. Absolutely distraught.Oh and for a bonus I was told if you don't pay they will keep your pet until you do. So if I would have went ahead with the dental not understanding they were going to charge me more money I wouldn't get my pet back.No reasons a pet needing dental leads to more than $300+ in bills on top of the nearly $700 yearly plan that doesn't cover what's needed...I mean really who knows how much I would've got charged... All we needed was a dental. Wow. If it sounds too good to be true that's because it probably is.Choose your vet wisely!

The dr genuinely cares about animals and is not dismissive. He explained in detail, in a way we could understand. The techs were amazing, as were the ladies in the office. Gave us hope when other vets dismissed us.
