I was turned away from my own vet in sfalls. I was really hurt that being a loyal customer for years, and my dog not feeling well, my usual vet would NOT make any time for me. All City had me “fit in” to their busy schedule and were very thorough even though I was not from their patient base. Shame on the other office.

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Minon. Called morning of 9/9 and they got my puppy in for an appointment that afternoon. Was greeted by the front desk and when we went back Dr. Minion made sure to check over everything that could have been causing the issue and got my puppy some pain meds as well as printing out information for me to better understand the issue. Highly recommend!

All of the staff was very friendly. They were able to get Loki in to be seen right away, even as a new patient. Emily was wonderful in explaining everything to me while we were there during our visit and taking the time to talk with me about Loki's test results and options on the phone the next day.

Never have had a bad experience here. The doctors are knowledgeable, and truly care about the owner's concerns and the health of the pets. My dogs are never stressed which makes it easier to go in. My only negative is that when my dog was needing TPLO surgery we were told we could make payments by the doctor, and when my husband dropped off our dog to have surgery he was told by the front desk to pay the full $3400. Luckily we had the money but to be told two different things was upsetting.
