I go here bc they have what i need.
Expensive but convenient.
Customer service is terrible. I was trying to get my battery in my key fob replaced, they broke my fob, I had to buy a different fob they suggested.... after I leave I realize its the wrong one. Mine has a start button. I'm a busy guy.
So, months later, I go to get the correct fob for my car....
they have never carried it.
"Well, replace the battery at least so I can unlock my doors." I say.
The worker chips the key fob's corner, cracks it in another place and says" I'm going to let you open this because I don't want to break it" "It is chipped here and is cracked there."
I say, "so you broke it and want me to finish breaking it?"
"It was already chipped and cracked." He says.
"Bullchit" I reply
Now he realizes I'm not the one to be jerked around.
Another worker comes over and says, "Hey, Dave can you help this woman?" She's looking for.... blah blah....
Dave gives her a look, like I'm helping this young native man.... she leaves only to come back 30 seconds later.
Meanwhile, I open my fob.
Dave is fumbling to insert the battery, gets it in, closes the fob and asks if I can reopen it bc he forgot to insert the fob insides, he only put the battery in an closed it.
The other worker[Sandy] comes back and says "Dave can you help the woman(she's caucasian by the way)find blah blah blah?"
I look at her, I look at Dave, I say
"Dave doesn't that annoy you when you're helping a customer and you constantly get interrupted?"
Then Sandy say, "whenever you're done " scurrying off bc she knows she's in the wrong... Dave, too, for saying my fob was already broke.
If I can wait a few days for a part online I will do that.....if I could give this store ZERO STARS...I would.

This location has the BEST employees. The guys are always smiling and in a good mood(bright and early, lunchtime and nearing the end of the workday). They are always helpful. Regardless if your asking where an item is located in the store or if by chance they don’t carry the item you need they will take time to suggest other places (hardware stores) the item may be sold at. A+ hands down. How one’s employees are(act/their attitude and demeanor) are honestly a huge part of a customer continuing to return time and time again. Great job guys Fantastic service in Sioux Falls downtown location. ?

It's a welcome addition to downtown. Employees are always helpful and nice. It's great for me to go and grab sometime for work without having to drive etc.

Way too expensive. Take a drive to competitors. Major price gouging on charcoal grills, turnoff. Staff are too busy to help.

Finally checked out this store that on the outside looks like it should be on a postcard. And the inside was just as clean and well kept as the picture perfect exterior. The cashier was very friendly and helpful which made my shopping trip just a wonderfully pleasant one! I'll definitely return and shop here again. Thank you!
