The agent that I worked with, Carter, was super sweet and very helpful! He answered any questions I had and it was super easy to set everything up! I would definitely recommend going through him for anything you need!!

Rate increases every policy renewal with no change in policy might I add 50k/100k bare minimum wanting $180 a month is absurd no accidents on record and 1 ticket in 8 years, most recent rate increase was a $40 increase. Progressive is offering far better rates right now! Called to have policy canceled agent stated policy would be canceled, didn't even ask why I would be canceling the policy with them. Week passes, I then received a charge for renewal after policy was supposed to have been canceled. Called Aaron Smith's office again to have policy canceled agent stated policy would be canceled again, got off phone waited about an hour called 1-800 number to verify policy was canceled, it wasn't had 1-800 agent cancel policy for me. Will be disputing charges. Will also be filing a complaint towards this location. Drove an hour and a half to have a policy canceled because they said I had to be there in person to sign forums, lady canceling policy used Docusign after being told they don't use it. Talk about agent incompetence not sure which one lied to me multiple times but it was one of the few Male agents working there.
