I'm not even a tenant and this place is a joke. I tried to visit their office to ask about properties and they have the place locked up like a prison during normal hours. It wouldn't be such a problem if you could actually talk to someone but I guess they don't want to rent to anyone or I guess in their opinion they hate potential tenants. McDonalds has better service and a better product than these jokers! Judging by the other reviews of this company maybe it was good I didn't talk to anyone since you can't get the landlord aspect right; filthy broken houses and apartments that aren't even worth $50.00 a month certainly aren't part of a good property management company.

I've applied, emailed, texted and called this agency several times about several different properties and can not get anyone to answer any of my questions or anything

We have rented from A Plus for over 10 years at two different locations and we have been nothing but satisfied with them. They fix things right when they get them and if you pay your rent on time they leave you alone which I LOVE about this company. When Scott drives by and we are outside he always stops to talk and ask how things are going. Same thing with Rose when we see her sometimes she stops but she always waves at us. I could not see us ever moving out of this house. We are so happy with the house/company.

Good company. Nice people. Love the little house. You complainers need a life beyond hassling people for fun. 4 years and only one problem (broken water heater) which was fixed the day I reported it!Update: The furnace went out on me and it was replaced immediately with no hassle or expense on my part. Also, a lot of money I owed due to an accident that damaged the property was completely forgiven and no payment was required. I have never in my life rented from more reasonable, honest people.Edit: Been with them for more than a decade now in three different dwellings. They continue to amaze me with their effort and understanding.

By appointment only. Rose is such a friendly human and really strives to accommodate your needs. You'll have to do your own followup.

Interesting service, paid for a credit check! Then they made me do it myself in their office on free credit report.com.

We have been with A- Plus for almost ten years. We have been very happy with this Rental Company. They have been very responsive with any maintenance requests we have had. Don’t hesitate to give them a try.

A few years ago this would have been a five-star rating, not that they were perfect but they always did their best and they were on top of things. Over the last year that has steadily been on the decline and now I wouldn't say that there's much care out of the management or concern about their properties. Issues had to get to critical for maintenance to show up, if they even without. One small problem a leaking roof turned into electrical, heating & water issues this last winter & that's when we decided we were done. Had we been able to reach someone in the office or maybe if they'd return to phone call they would have known 3 months before they sent us a bill for back rent that we had moved out, not just stopped paying. That same issue was the same one the owner asked if it was ok to leave a key lockbox on the front door so maintenance could come fix, when we moved in. That box is still on the front door, a year later.
