Wow! AutoEx is spot on! Rodney drove me home after I dropped my truck off and then picked me up to drive me back to the shop when they were done with my 4runner. They did an oil change, coolant flush and fixed the hood latch. Plus, they removed the duct tape from my hood and washed all of my windows, and added air to my tires. Great people .Travis and Rodney went above and beyond to get us back on the road . We had a brake repair done. Rodney ran to get parts from a neighboring town and Travis worked some major magic at great inconvenience to himself , after hours, to take care of us. Couldn’t be more impressed.

My girlfriend and I started having car issues just outside Salem on our way for a camping trip to Glacier, so we gave AutoEx a call. When we pulled in 10 minutes later, Travis was already waiting for us at the door with a friendly greeting and immediately started servicing us. The diagnosis was ultimately unfavorable, despite his obvious skill and expertise, but we were treated with respect and patience, and he gave us plenty of recommendations and options for dealing with the issue, which equipped us with enough confidence to proceed. We left feeling like we’d hit the luck jackpot. I cannot recommend the fine folks at AutoEx enough.
