The bankers are excellent. The cashier's are very helpful. This is a great place to bank.

Tellers are not helpful, if it is not just a simple scan and go. They just want to stand there, and say there is nothing they can do. Usually never have a problem at any other location. Also just dealt with this again today, went to a different branch everything went smooth and easy. Avoid this branch if at all possible.

If you need to open an account they need 45 minutes to an hour to open a debit card so I guess make sure you clear out your whole schedule for their slow incompetent employees lol how embarrassing!

Nearly got kicked out of a place I was renting because my wire transfer “didn’t seem right.” When I told them it was correct they told me they couldn’t do anything. I had to run all across town in Big Timber, MT at 9pm to find ATMs which didn’t accept Wells Fargo.

Garbage non service provided by a racist named Linsay. Wells in general is not a practical bank for anyone to use anymore. They're more expensive and have poor service compared to my local bank, AND they discriminate based on race. AVOID!Update: as you can see in their response they are attempting to dox me because I made incriminating, yet truthful, comments about my experience with Wells fargo. Wells Fargo is basically telling you that if you post a negative review about them then they will threaten to post your personal information on the web. How can this be legal?

Wells Fargo locked my account thinking I was being scammed when I was trying to help a friend. They also blocked the action I was trying to do. When I called the Fraud Department the individual I talked with seemed to think he knew how to handle my money better than I and refused to unlock my account. I gave them a couple of days to think about what they did and call back again to try and get my account unlocked. I talked with a different individual this time but was also informed that they would not unlock my account. And then to add insult to injury they let me know they would not work with me via phone from this point and that now I must go into a branch office to do anything with my account. I can no longer do ANYTHING with my account. So I can't even pay bills as I have been doing that online for several years now. It's time to look for another bank when they think they should control your money and you aren't capable to do it. I'd have given them a lower review than 1 star if it were possible. DO NOT TRUST WELLS FARGO WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! THEY WILL TRY TO KEEP IT FROM YOU AS LONG AS POSSIBLE!

This here may have been one of the worst banking experiences I've ever had.The clerk (an Asian middle aged woman) was obtuse and uncooperative, providing no solutions nor useful information regarding a change of address of accounts that I've held for years.Oh well, I'll do it online...

I have banked with Wells Fargo since 1974. Recently I was scammed by a caller claiming to be from Wells Fargo. The call came into my phone as "Wells Fargo." I answered it and he claimed someone was trying to get into my checking account and we needed to start a new one. He had me money wire to the "new account" which of course it was NOT. I lost over $2000. Just so you know, Wells Fargo will not back you up on this. I am switching banks.

Yolanda was very kind. She has assisted me twice with banking issues and went above and beyond the expectations both times. She is kind, relatable and quick. She deserves a raise!!!

Won't be accepting anymore checks from Wells Fargo members. To big of a hassle to cash and they charge 7.00 to cash a check.

Sarah in Rapid City came up to us while we we’re waiting for a banker and asked if we had an appointment. We said no and that the teller said to wait and someone would be with us. She said everyone was busy and continued to argue with us about being able to help us out. She said she had appointments and so did everyone else. I said “in the time you’ve been arguing with us you could’ve help us.” Super surprised on how we were treated! Never had anyone take that much time to tell us she didn’t have time for us!

Poor on line and in person customer service. Fees for almost everything. Higher than average loan rates and more red tape nearly every time.
