Takes FOREVER to get meds refilled...I means hours, sometimes the next day. Then, when you go to pick up your order, they tell you it will be longer.I'm going to a different pharmacy now. Ridiculous!!

My Dr called my prescription in and 3 1/2 hours later it isn't ready!!! I am asked to return in an hour. Who has time or gas to make 2 trips for 1 item? It is not a special order. I have gotten my prescriptions there for years but service is getting progressively worse.

This pharmacy has gone steadily downhill for months now. They can’t seem to hire enough pharmacists so their hours change all the time and have been cut down drastically. They make constant mistakes, never send prescriptions on to the doctor for refills, forcing people to call them day after day trying to get them to complete anything.Do yourself a favor and pick ANY other pharmacy.

To all the petty commenters here, yes, they ARE understaffed. Hence the early closing times! Of course they can dip out 2 minutes early because they work their asses off! If you have a chance to dip out of work early, I’m pretty sure you don’t hang around just for giggles. Being understaffed is stressful, and there are going to be longer wait times due to those staffing shortages. It would be so much easier on everyone if customers tried a little compassion! It isn’t personal. It’s our “new normal”. Deal with it.

I feel really sick and disappointed in myself for bringing my photos to be developed at this location, not sure what I was thinking. The lady acted like she couldn’t be bothered to help me and didn’t want to help me when I’ve never developed from an old camera before. I bought a waterproof disposable camera and took shots of my family that meant the world to me this summer and 4 weeks later I get a call they’re ready and I miss it because it’s the first day at a new job. Overwhelmed already, I forget about the call. I never get another call/email or any information and less than a week later I call again (punishing myself for forgetting) but by this time they had already thrown my pictures away. Didn’t know they could do this, I didn’t see that anywhere and I wasn’t told. Devastated to say the least and wish I could have at least gotten another reminder.

the pharmacy sucks the staff is friendly but whoever is in charge needs to find a new job even before the pandemic they couldn't get your order right I walk everywhere so I tried to get my medication refills done once a month so I wouldn't have to walk up there three times a week my doctor would even call them in all at once they said no problem three times they said no problem they couldn't get it straight they would say my meds are ready walk up there no medication ready I would walk home there would be a message on my phone saying your meds are ready gave them plenty of chances so I went to a different pharmacy I wouldn't get aspirin there thank youquote of the daywe are all born ignorant but one must work hard to remain stupid

Walgreen is always hit or miss for things being in stock but tonight I went there for a quick stop for 1 item @ml. They saw me pull in she locked the door 2 minutes before closing. Petty but still frustrating

Made an online appointment for a Covid booster. I got here on time and they said “have a seat” because the standard wait time is 45 minutes.Not like I have a job or anything else to do.

This place has horrendous hours and doesn't have enough staff to realistically be getting the perscriptions it does. It just can't fill them in time or isn't open when you need them.
