They have tried to give my meds to my ex-wife because they see a unique last name and are in too much of a hurry. Tried to get alcohol wipes today. Gal told me the wrong aisle, then finally got them after they told me the eight aisle. The young gal refuses to come out from behind the pharmacy to help a customer find a product. These people are not helpful! You’re on your own finding things and it’s not the store it used to be even a few years ago. Glad I switched all my prescriptions to the other big box store in town.
Walgreens no longer a quick in and out. Pathetic.

"Sandy" is a regular ray of sunshine. I said I didn't need my receipt. She said "me niether" and handed it to me anyway.

This is the Walgreens I use for all of my prescriptions and frequently do pick them pick up orders through them as well. The pharmacy staff is so kind, but frequently understaffed. The manager of the store is absolutely awful. I did a pick up for soda curbside, and she wouldn’t say hello when I greeted her, then said thank you after she threw my order in the back and she just ignored me and walked off. I tried picking up in store hoping for a better experience, the same manager had to be called to the pharmacy to help with the order and she was so rude to the pharmacist and to me. I get that sometimes pick up orders can be a hassle but this woman needs a serious attitude adjustment. I’m switching my prescriptions to another local pharmacy just so I don’t have to deal with that woman ever again.

I mean they're really helpful, I've been coming here for years, but idk who was on the phone but near the end, they asked if I needed anything else with a rude tone after I got my prescription status and I thought the call was going fine. Not sure if I did something wrong or if she was in a mood, it was kinda uncomfortable :')

Now I know why people give this place such bad reviews. It's either a hit or miss here. I called in a refill 2 days prior to it being refilled, hence the 28 day cycle refill rule. "They" say. Allowing it to be refilled. Still to early, done it many, many times before. Mind you at other pharmacies as well, no problem. So I give them a while to fill, like a whole day. I call ahead hoping it's ready. Nothing it is not even in their automated system. ?

I've been getting my families meds here for years. Usually very nice. Today, was treated very rudely on the phone. They need to be trained for phone orders. Just because you can't be face to face, you still need to be professional.

Had to take a loved one to the doctor. They were prescribed some meds. Knowing it takes awhile to process everything we waited about two hours before going to Walgreens. Part of the wait time was spent on the opposite side of town getting an e ray and they took their sweet time as per usual with medical professionals. We went thru the drive thru and were informed they had just barely received the prescription and it would take twenty minutes. We drove away found something to eat. Came back and were told the prescription still wasn't ready give them ten minutes. We went to the grocery store and picked up a few items before returning to the Walgreens drive thru. They informed us that they had filled the prescription in a city five hours away and could have it for us the next day or they could fill it where we were in thirty minutes. . We decided to wait the half an hour. We waited fourth five minutes and returned to be told it would take another ten minutes. We went and got some fuel on the car and came back. Finally our prescription was ready. 21 pills in a small bottle totaling less then $4. Half the day wasted, several trips to Walgreens and there was really no explanation, no apologies for wasting half a day. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else to have your prescription filled. Complete lack of customer service, lack of competent employees and a waste of time. This entire time someone was in in pain and stuck riding around in a car instead of taking some meds and recovering.

I thought it was just my experience, but looking at other reviews I can only confirm one thing: the drive-thru pharmacy service is AWFUL. This is the second time that I’ve had a bad encounter with the same lady (I didn’t pay attention to her name). Today, I had to pick up a prescription for my baby and she took forever just to tell me they were out of it and I needed to wait until Monday (how can someone tell a parent of a sick baby to wait? Idk) or that I needed to call other pharmacies to see if they had it so they could transfer the prescription to them. I was not satisfied with that cause normally in those cases pharmacies try to give you a solution. They call other pharmacies or something. Anyways, I went to the Mt Rushmore location and they were also out of it BUT the lady was very understanding and called to the Lacrosse location and asked if the medicine was in stock, she gave the other person my son’s order # and told me I could go pick it up from there, it only took her about 2 minutes to do that. It’s a shame because I live on the west side so I always use this location for everything I need, but after today I would probably switch pharmacies. And it’s not about just one costumer, it’s about the reputation that this store will keep getting if things like this keep happening.

Typical mediocre customer service of any pharmacy, but don’t be on a time crunch when you need a prescription filled. They are constantly slammed for prescription requests and take forever.

I went to get a prescription filled since my insurance recently added them to their network. Give them script and card. Come back in 30 minutes and lady said it was rejected. Figured I must have been mistaken. Called insurance and they said not rejected. Pharmacy just needed to call them. They had needed info entered wrong. So we just paid for a script that was to be covered.

If your website says you can get children's medicine through the drive through you should be able. My child was sick and contagious with sores and I had noneone to look after him so I could get him medicine. I had to bring him. They turned me away refusing because corporate says they can't just grab things and have them ready. You have to order through the app. Shocker the app wouldn't work either.
