I've used this location multiple times for different things (i.e. notorary, faxing, shipping), and the employees are on the ball. The one major problem is that with the Haines UPS location shut down, they're now extra busy.

Staff greeted me with a smile and were friendly with conversation throughout the transaction. They knew what they were doing and were fast. Prices were less than I expected - always a nice surprise! There was no wait and the location is easily accessible.

I go here a lot because of Amazon returns. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. And the new kiosk makes everything that much easier. It’s not that hard to use at all and there’s never any waiting.
