I’m driving home turning off Sheridan and I’m at the stop sign turning left, I of course look both ways twice, it isn’t a busy street at all and didn’t even see the truck coming. This UPS truck is HAULING going at LEAST 45 in a 25. And I’m in the middle of turning already going probably 5-10 mph, this driver almost destroyed my car. Didn’t stop, didn’t slow down, just kept going the same speed. This has been a huge problem for years with UPS on this route. The speeding seriously needs to stop.

Amazingly (considering it's the Christmas season) there wasn't a single customer in the place at 2:30pm. In & out in no time. Prices are painful but what isn't these days.

Horrible customer service. Unless you’re buying stamps no one here knows how to do their job. I am shipping for a major contractor in the United States and am the only person in the state that can use the account currently but they are saying without the one person on their account standing here I can not use the account even with the authorization on the account. Thanks for nothing ups.

Stopped with a very large damaged package. 4 customers offered to help me. Not one employee offered assistance! Didn't even offer to open the door. Once I got the package dragged in myself!! They said they couldn't take it. Not one of them helped me take it back out to my car. Don't use this store. They are the worst!!!

Terrible customer service! especially employee female "Sam", instead of helping customers she was CROCHETING! The Owner/Franchisee need to terminate these Bad apples, If I was Crocheting on the job I would be Fired on the spot! I left and went to Fed EX! where I received excellent customer service!

Usually have good experience. I was running late got there at 5:55 p.m. website said they're open till 6:00 p.m. The sign was off and the gate was closed. Had an Amazon return takes less than 2 minutes to process. Now I get to go in the morning before I go to work.Went back next morning, opened gate as soon as i pulled up. It was 2 minutes before they open. Fast and friendly.

I needed to pick up a package that was held at the UPS store on West Main in Rapid City, SD. I was not able to get there until 2:57…mind you, the store closed at 3:00 pm. The very rude lady inside had already basically closed up even though she was not technically closed yet. I walked in & asked to pick up a package & she rudely said, “You’re cutting it close, aren’t you?” Not “hi. How can I help you?” She scowled at me. I told her that she was open until 3:00. I told her that I would make sure & leave a review because she didn’t close until 3:00 pm. If you’re going to close at 2:45, then change your close time to 2:45!!!!!! By the way, she was taller & had black hair! I felt bad for the guy walking in after me because if she treated me that rude, I wonder what she’ll do & say to the other guy! To be honest, you need to get some new staff or train the ones you have not to be so rude or get out the customer service industry! Don’t go to this UPS store unless you have to. It looks like I’m not the first person to be treated rudely! Look at the other reviews!

I have been coming to this store for several months and I am always impressed w/ how friendly and helpful the staff is. However, I have noticed irritated customers on occasion. One complained about having to take their large box away with them that wasn’t needed for returns, another complained about paying fees for services the store provides as a convenience if they don’t have a printer. Today I observed a man and his 8-ish year old son in the store. The dad was returning his wife’s item and said she forgot to tape the box. The associate politely explained if he didn’t have tape he could buy a roll or she could tape it for $1. He was disgusted that the store charged for a service they provide that the customer is responsible for. He threatened to go elsewhere and said the post office provides a free taping section in the lobby. When he paid for the roll of tape he gave her a $100 bill (after complaining about a $1). I hope his son doesn’t grow up treating women/people as rudely and arrogantly as that guy. I don’t experience unpleasant employees, I do see employees getting harassed, bullied and mistreated by people who are self-serving, arrogant, narcissistic and demand they get services for free because they were irresponsible. I see many happy customers when I use their services. I do believe the community can do better.

I've been in a few times and the staff is always friendly! If you are shipping something, I suggest trying out this location. Always a pleasure!
