“Wednesday, June 24, 2026. We were completing our two week venture across the US, and determined we needed to replace two of the tires on our pickup truck due to the distance we still needed to travel to return home. We searched for a tire center near where we were staying. We found Pomp’s Tire Service. They had to order them but had them in first thing the very next morning. They took great care of us and had us back on the road in no time – even while taking care of another little minor issue for us before we left (Thanks, ERIC!) “Took my tire in for a flat repair. Guys fixed it in under 30 minutes. Very pleased with the front sales department as well. This was after I had tried a competitor of theirs to get it fixed. The competitor was only trying to sell me a new tire which I didn't need and would not fix it due to a plug that I had put in. Said it was because the plug broke the steel threads. Didn't the screw do the same thing?? Very pleased with Tyrell Tires!! Will be using them in the future!!! Thank you!!”

“I really love hills tire. Everyone there is so friendly and watching out for stuff before I even think to mention it. I get my oil changes and snow tires done there and they are absolutely who I would trust when anything is going weird with the car… Extremely affordable and honest… There have been many times I go in and they do something small and say “no charge.” It feels kind of like you’ve got family looking out for you”

“I have been meaning to write this review for almost a year, but am still coming back so far in the future because of the great experience I had with the store general manager Roy Thomas.
We were on a last minute weekend trip to the Tetons when my engine light came on and the car started stalling. We called everywhere looking for a diagnostic and part in a hurry. When we called Firestone, It felt like Roy took it personally. He kept in close contact while diagnosing the problem, and then when ordering the part.
That part, which was no fault of Firestone, turned out to be faulty. When the car stalled again, we took it back. Roy and his team made quick work of the problem (under an hour I believe?) with no extra charge and threw in an oil change for the trouble
I am forever grateful for the trip that Roy and his team made possible.”

“I was on vacation to see the sights around Mt Rushmore. Saturday before we were scheduled to leave I noticed I had a slow leak on my tire. I stopped at TMA to have it checked out. After removing the tire they found my tire had a serious issue and appeared the tire steel belts had failed. My Passport had a odd tire size. 265/40/20. No used tire available and everyone they called didn't stock it either. Finally after both staff associates continued calling around they found a tire warehouse that had tires I needed. Since my tires were going to be replaced by the winter I chose to replace them all. They went and picked up tires and stayed past closing on Saturday to get me out the door knowing I had a 18 hour 1200 mile trip the next day back to Ohio. They bent over backwards to make it happen. So grateful to their customer service. Had a nice smooth ride all the way back to Ohio.”

“I had my vehicle towed there after business hours on a Friday. Then went there Saturday and asked them to look at it even though they where pretty busy they said they would fit it in witch i was completely ok with because I could not get anywhere anyways so in my head i tought I was going to be with out my vehicle for most of the day. But I was not they got it fixed up and was ready to go later that day. I was so glad because we where just passing through. Thank you so much”

I had a flat tire this week when I was in Rapid & didn’t know where to go, I was out picking up parts in their part of town, saw their sign & pulled in hoping they could just put air in it to get me to medical appointments across town. They took the time to take the tire off, find the rock that was in it and fix it for me. I can’t thank them enough! I got to my appointments with time to spare and was able to get home that evening knowing my tire was good!”
