I misplaced our key for our unit and Chris graciously arrived within minutes to help me. He left the gate open (for a tow-truck I was meeting) and replaced my lock/gave me a new set of keys on the spot. We've stored things at The Storage Place for ~15 years and the customer service is always this incredible!

Quality, clean, well kept unit. Secure facility. Outstanding service. Fair price. If you move out in the middle of the month, The Storage Place only charges the days you occupied the unit. Highly recommend.

Excellent storage facilities and beyond amazing service!! After my key broke in the lock on my storage shed (on a Saturday afternoon just before a snow storm none the less) I called Chris at The Storage Place and he was there within 15 minutes to cut the lock and get my car back in storage! Talk about going above and beyond! I couldn’t ask for a better place to keep my cars! Thanks a million Chris!
