The hours maybe long for the employees and cause hardship but extended hours were pleasantly a surprise and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and recommend the business! Great job and thank you for the service

Went in for an oil change, they were really fast and thorough! Only reason they got four stars instead of five is because they removed one of my service stickers from inside my car for when I need to get my tires rotated next, so now I don’t know when I need to go do that! Little annoying but I’m sure I can dig through old receipts to find my next tire rotation, just wish they hadn’t peeled that sticker out without telling me.

The guys didn’t inspect everything on the check list like they’re supposed too and when I asked them to check the air filter, the guy took forever to get the lid off and then forgot to plug my sensor back in to the air filter so my car didn’t start. Definitely not as thorough as they used to be.

I was in from across the state and needed my company vehicle serviced (a lot of quick oil change places won't accept fleet programs). They accept fleet service programs and, after approval, were super fast at the service, keeping me informed every step of the way. As someone who gets their vehicle serviced all over North and South Dakota, I highly recommend this place!

This place on East North St is amazing. The guys I met Ryan, Jesse and Josh make me want to keep coming back here. They are informative. They give good feedback on my cars. and I get the feeling of their honesty is top notch. I now have four vehicles here. I’m telling others about this company! 2nd oil change and both times I received good service! They advised me things that needed changing and didn't push me buy right then and there. No pressure.
This location is only place I go to so I can't share about other locations in Rapid City.
