Excelent salesman sold me an expensive mattress. Scedule a delivery about 6 weeks later on a weekend. They tried to deliver a day early then canceled my delivery. Tried to reschedule and was told it had to be on Thursdays only. When I stated I couldn't do Thursdays they canceled my order. I came into store and talked to store manager and asked what she would do to save my business. She stated she couldn't do ANYTHING. OMG. I went down to the street and had a comparable bed and it was delivered in 36 hours on the holiday.

Kathy and the gang at Sleep Number are great. I've purchased two mattresses, three sets of sheets, four pillows, two mattress pads and a blanket so far. Thanks everyone

After 5 hours on the phone with customer service, the store, and their “intervention” teams we cancelled the order. Waited 5 weeks for delivery date and they call the day of to tell me the bed is 2 states away. They reschedule for another 4 weeks out, send me a text the day before to be ready, then don’t call or text the day of delivery so I call them. I get over the next three days three different stories about where this bed is and when it will be here. Bottom line required me to wait another 2 weeks with nothing guarantee of delivery. Who has the time for this level of confusion? Not me. Wasted my time and energy. Not worth the headaches. Not the way to keep a 10,000 order. They Promised refund would hit within 5 to 7 days. It’s now day 10 so more runaround calls are likely in my future to get my money back.

Always have an excellent experience when going into the store and purchasing items for my bed. I have a split king and sometimes it can be difficult to get my size, but when I’m looking, I always get the best customer service.

We had a great experience with Dan at sleep number in rapid city. He was very helpful and insightful. The only hang up was when I fell asleep on the showroom mattress which kind of delayed the check out process... We're super excited to get our mattress home!

Derek was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It was fun resting on the demo bed and watching our pressure points nearly disappear. Awesome! Loved the side lying pillow. We knew our needs were different since that mattress is for our motorhome. We enjoyed this experience, but was a bit disappointed that we must wait 5 weeks for delivery of our mattress.
