Stopped in to buy tires. The clerk tried hard to push a very expensive Michelin tire over a Goodyear tire that had better traction, wear and heat resistance. Then told us he didn't have our size in stock. I insisted on buying the Goodyear tire and made an appointment to have them installed the next day. I told him we would take the old tires with us to donate to our church's car repair and donation service. Just got a call from him to say they "forgot" to return our used tires . Now Sam's gets to eat those tires because we're not making another trip out there to pick them up. We might have if he wasn't a smart ass sarcastic jerk. I've bought several sets of tires from Sam's but everytime it seems like I have to deal with attitude. Both in Rapid City and Sioux Falls when we lived there. This may be the last time I buy tires from Sam's.Costco can't get to Rapid City fast enough.

#samsclub #walmart EMPLOYEES READ THIS: so this is a warning to all employees. I had worked for Sam’s Club diligently and with superb customer service and excellent job performance since 2018. I have been employee or safety employee of the month 3 times including last month. I was just offered two promotions and given props by both the exiting market manager who said my department had “never looked better.” again, just last month and the entering market manager. I had a scheduled and approved vacation that was pre approved and covered with PTO and had plenty of extra PPTO. Due to circumstances on the trip, I was a day late coming back, I called my manager directly and called my store 23 times over 3 days which nobody answers the phone at store # 8142 Spartanburg. When I returned the following day I covered the shift with PPTO, but 1 manager with a chip on her shoulder and a heavy handed approach came in shortly before. Got off and manufactured problems which didn’t need to be and subsequently fired me without cause and without even informing me. This always seemed like a great company to me, but BE NOT FOOLED!!! They fired me without cause- did not allow for ANY open door that they promise, ethics passed the buck to open door, and almost a month later I’m still waiting to hear from them. They do not care if they destroy your life!!!! Either find another job or unionize!!! Unions are on the rise, for as much as I never believed in them, it would have kept me from being financially destroyed. The job market is great, but try explaining to a job that pays decently why after ~5 years you were fired without cause??? I was fired because she believed “I didn’t sound like I wanted my job anymore.” I’m not advocating for anybody, just trying to let you know the cold, callous company you really work for. All the other crap they feed you is just to string you along so they can use you up.

Wonderful service, friendly and helpful staff. Margaret & Kayla , the pharmacists, are always willing to explain my meds or run interference when the doctor’s office isn’t on track. I definitely would recommend this pharmacy.

Margaret is the only employee there that will help and care for customers. The other employees are rude and escalate situations. We have had nothing but issues with refills in the last year. The doctors office has shown me there sending 12 months over when I go pick them up im told I will need refills next time they only sent over 3 months. I am looking for a new pharmacy as I am done dealing with the uneeded stress and frustrations. The only time things go smoothly is if Margaret is there.

so out of the blue my wife and I are shopping and open up the Scan N Go app and it said it no longer works. It suggests we uninstall and reinstall the app. When we try to do this play store said it no longer works on out "outdated" phones. We have Samsung S5's (released 24 February 2014) and they work great. I called customer service and am told to bad you can go through the regular check if you want to keep shopping at Sam's. What a pile of SH!T, a 6 year old phone needs to be replaced because someone at Sam's programing did not consider some people do not buy new phones every year or so.

They have a sign when you walk in that says, "per state/local orders you are required to wear a mask." This is a total lie! There is no state or local order. Not happy with a company that lies!!

SAFEWAY, FAMILY THRIFT and WALMART all load the groceries directly into your trunk. Sam's Club, at least the one here rolls a loaded cart out of their door, leave it by your car then the person goes back inside. You have to get out and load it yourself. Not a super big deal but it is not the same quality service seen with the other three.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful.They have gone out of their way to make sure we have the prescriptions that we need when we need them. They are sincere about making every visit an enjoyable experience.

My nursing leader called Sam's Club in Rapid City SD after being told of an internet posting stating the store had special hours for healthcare workers. She called to verify and the call was answered by an extremely rude worker who berated her for calling after hours. There's really nothing at Sam's worth dealing with people like that.

I’ve only been a member for a short time but I love it it just sucks living in Belle Fourche as I can only get down there about once a month but it’s a great store and friendly staff
