Always a clean store and outside appearances are always neat and tidy. I've been there several times staff is very nice and friendly.

This Safeway is better than the other one. Not only does it look and feel nice on the inside but also the outside. they have a better selection of food. It is odd they put the fresh produce on the far left of the store and make it so you walk all the way around the store to get to them. That's the opposite of how it should be. The staff have always been nice at this location. Oh, and they are better stocked with fresher produce than the other location.

Great way to use your rewards to get cheaper gas, but they usually increase the cost so it takes a couple rewards to actually get below what other places are charging.

I definitely like the bakery better but I was shocked picking up my birthday cake supposed to be butter cream frosting and the label said white cake which is the only birthday cake I like and was definitely disappointed when we cut my cake and it was not only yellow it was kinda stale...?

Charged my account $200 for $20 of gas... I am a student so I didn't have much more than $200 in my checking. The next day was my last day of vacation and when I saw the charge I thought somehow someone had stolen from me. I had to rely on my friends for food and gas money for the rest of the trip. Safe to say I am never coming back here if I can help it.

Susanne the assistant grocery manager Has BEEN an Amazing Help and Human being today. My Son is sick at home, and now out of work, so I have been ordering delivery since I am states away. Susanne's act of Kindness has been amazing this morning. They were out of stock so she has been messaging me and helping with substitutions and a few other wonderful contributions to the order. Thank you for being a wonderful person and asset to this company.

Totally incompetent management. Their credit card machines apparently aren’t working and they couldn’t figure out basic backup contingencies or even communicate to shoppers waiting in line for 20 min what was going on. Then they said we’d all have to go somewhere to get cash … uhh no. And this are us late for an extremely important personal event. How can a major grocery chain not have a backup procedure. Never shopping there again.
