I had a horrible experience with my last autobody company so I decided to try a new one and these guys did awesome! My truck got hailed out they got it in quick and had my truck for a little bit longer then expected but when it came back it was like brand new! They fixed some other issues I had also. I absolutely love the work they did! And they had great customers service! Highly recommend them to anyone!

I've been a business consultant for several years now, an expert in customer service and efficiency, so I am sufficiently qualified to evaluate Ray's and it's owner.I contact Ray's via telephone three (3) times in as many weeks. Employees repeatedly blindly transferred me to other employees, and was required to repeat myself over and over and over to different employees.Today, I contacted Bryan the "new owner." Bryan addressed the issue, by disputing I had spoken to his business in three separate occasions, essentially calling me a liar. I offered my phone records, to show three separate calls in three weeks, but still insisted i was not telling the truth.Bryan is a Deceiver, willing to throw away revenue and customer relations, in order to coverup his staff's incompetence. After the call ended, Bryan repeatedly called and harassed me at my number, even leaving a nasty comment on my voicemail.See other customer comments about "abysmal" customer service

I gave them a 1 only because they actually do decent work. Their customer service is on the other hand is abysmal. Over the past 20 years I have had at least 6 jobs done at this shop. Most all done on a classic car and until this last one all done when Dave owned the shop. Work and communication was always excellent. Not so with the new owners. I talked to them before taking my car to them and was told that after parts arrived work would take 7-10 days. I was assured that they had a mechanic who would handle any non body issues and that they had the latest software to reset all the systems that had been compromised in the collision. All work was to be done in house. None of this turned out to be true. They had the car for 6 WEEKS. It was returned to me still missing parts that they told me they couldn't get. I found the parts in 20 minutes on line. They had to send it out to have the alternator replaced and had to send it to the dealer to find the faults in the restraint system. During the time the car was in their possession it got a chip in the paint on one of the front fenders which they had removed. Instead of repairing it properly they simply left it and painted over it. When I called it to their attention I was told that it was not listed in the bill, So if they break it they will only fix it if they get paid to do it. Whenever I called with a question or for an update the answer was always "I'll get back to you". Out of the half dozen times I called them they actually got back to me once.PS The two cars displayed on the website {the Studebaker and the Chevelle } were done prior to the change of ownershipServices: Painting

My wife hit a deer in her 2019 Jeep compass. They got the parts ordered fast and the car in right away and back in the time promised. Count never tell she hit anything and the paint matches perfectly. Highly recommend

We took our car in for body damage repair to door and quarter panel. They took a month after several attempts and they decided they couldn't fix the quarter panel and finally ordered a new one. The first door they received was bad and had to get another one. The one door that did come in still had dents in it and was not fixed before it was painted. (door still has dents with new paint) After 2 months we got our car back and the paint has hair, bubbles and imperfections that were not cleaned up. They forgot to paint the inner door runner trim and they forgot to order the outside door trim. In fact I had to point it out when we picked it up. I've called twice to see status with no calls back. Also now my door lock doesn't work and they will not call us back. I feel as they have taken advantage of us and our insurance claim and don't want to make this right with us. Very disappointed with their service, their lack of an attempt to keep in touch with us on ordered parts or to reschedule to fix the paint, the trim and our door lock. Will defiantly never use them again and will advise anyone I know to do the same....Services: Painting
