My husband & I purchased a Kawasaki Vulcan 500 Jan 20, 2024. We finally received the paperwork on Feb 16th, & the name was wrong. We drove to Mount Rushmore Motorsports to discuss the problem. After waiting for an hour, Brian informed us that the title lady would be in shortly. After speaking with her she stated she would fix the name, and mail the paperwork to me on Monday. I received a call on Feb 22nd stating the name on the paperwork was fixed & she would get it mailed. Well today is March 7th and no paperwork. I called & spoke with Brian 9am & he will look into it & if its not mailed he would drive the paperwork to me. He will call me back & let me know. Well it's now 3:30 & no phone call. I call & he states that the paperwork is not mailed & he will mail it tomorrow. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!! He states that he will leave his customer & drive the title to my work. I informed him that I leave at 5:00pm. I waited until 5:15pm & he was still not here. Come to find out he showed up at 5:30pm dropped it off at my office.
March 13th - Brian called asking me to take my review down. I said absolutely not, people need to know what kind of owner he is. Brian said he wanted to make it right & said he would send a check for $500 for all of the inconvenience he put us through.
April 14th - I spoke with Brian & told him I did not receive the check. Brian stated he was going through personal issues & he was sorry. Would I like to pick up the check. I asked for him to drop it in the mail, as we do not live in Rapid.
May 15th - We still have not received the check.

Several emails and no response. Called and spoke to Brian about 2 different motorcycles that were for sale. He said he'd text or email me for information on my trade-in so se could get started. I've had to call him over half a dozen times, emailed him again, and reached out on facebook as a reminder that I was still waiting for his message. When I pushed him during the last phone call, he told me he was going through some tough things in life and was considering shooting himself. Brian said my phone call that morning had made up his mind. Started crying and hung up the phone. A text apologizing 5 minutes later is the last I've heard. Probably not the best person to have dealing with your customers. I'd give less than a star If it were an option. Shouldn't have your salesman threatening suicide with potential customers.

I almost purchased a Honda CBR600rr with the help of Chandler and even though I backed out last minute he was super helpful and answered every question I had about the bike and it's previous owner as well as the dealership. I have never had a more positive experience dealing with a dealership over the phone.The fact that I was seconds away from driving 700 miles to his dealership to buy a bike from him says how well our interaction was over the phone. I would definitely be willing buy a bike from Mount Rushmore Motorsports in the future if the need arises and I highly recommend their dealership to anyone looking to buy a motorcycle.Most dealerships don't work that hard to sell a used bike but Chandler put in more leg work than he needed to an it was appreciated. Thank you.

They also have a ramp, unload your motorcycles from the back of your pickup truck, check inside first because they may have to level out the ramp and it takes two people to do that

My family and I went in to look at a dirt bike for our son. Salesman was very pushy, swore up and down that a new bike was the better option because it had a better warranty and the used option which was significantly cheaper, was purchased "as is." After some discussion between my wife and I we decided that we would put our personal feelings aside about the salesman and buy a bike for our kid, because it was his birthday. After we buy the bike, I asked what kind of warranty is on the new bike, since we figured our kid deserved new, the salesman said, yeah we don't warranty anything, but the manufacturer was "really good about fixing things". And that is why I will forever avoid this place in the future.
