I was being pushed by my insurance company to switch a major drug to CVS and Specialty Pharmacy assisted me in getting it through to stay with them. If you are having issues and considering switching pharmacies, take it from this not-so-easy-to-please old gal - use Specialty Pharmacy and you can rest assured they are golden!”
“Wow!!!!! What an awesome pharmacy!!! Can't say enough good things about these people. Ended up in the emergency room in Wyoming last night on my way home to the Midwest. I was given prescriptions to have filled the following day and decided to do it in rapid city. First I spoke with David on the phone to make sure they had things in stock and he's very kind and professional and promised to have me done in 15 min. When I arrived I spoke with Lenah who was super kind and helpful and the pharmacist Brian was extremely helpful and kind as well. Handled all of my needs as promised and in swift order. If you are in rapid city and need a pharmacy THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO. Walgreens sux. Extremely satisfied with the care and service provided.”

“The pharmacists here are super helpful in helping me pick out CBD products. They have gummies, oils, lotions, roll-on's... the whole line-up, even CBD treats for my high-anxiety dog! I feel much more comfortable buying my CBD at a pharamcy so I know it's a quality product.”
“SAFEWAY, FAMILY THRIFT and WALMART all load the groceries directly into your trunk. Sam's Club, at least the one here rolls a loaded cart out of their door, leave it by your car then the person goes back inside. You have to get out and load it yourself. Not a super big deal but it is not the same quality service seen with the other three.”

“Specifically calling out an employee. I wanted to buy eggs that were on sale, and there were none on the shelf. I asked Sussanne (sp?) about it. She dropped what she was doing, and went in the back. She searched for about 6-7 minutes, and eventually brought out the last 8 cartons that they had. They were buried under other items. I definitely appreciate the extra effort to satisfy a customer and get me my eggs, without having to get a raincheck. Thank you!”
“I think I will take my business else where, never seen a place half heartily do anything. This is not first time I have picked up prescription and they put no drug fact sheet about interaction or whether to take with food . No stickers on bottles about take with food or water. I guess they just sell drugs and you figure the rest out.”
“I called in about my prescription at 9:15. I spoke with Adrean (sp). She was able to help with the script bringing it from almost $300 to less than $10. She then said it would be ready in 70 minutes. Very kind and helpful service from a nice employee.”

“The pharmacist went out of his way to transfer a prescription from another CVS in another state. It was ready within two hours. When I went to pick it up I was informed he found a coupon that saved me $600 on my prescription!! Awesome customer service.”
“To all the petty commenters here, yes, they ARE understaffed. Hence the early closing times! Of course they can dip out 2 minutes early because they work their asses off! If you have a chance to dip out of work early, I’m pretty sure you don’t hang around just for giggles. Being understaffed is stressful, and there are going to be longer wait times due to those staffing shortages. It would be so much easier on everyone if customers tried a little compassion! It isn’t personal. It’s our “new normal”. Deal with it.”

Would like to have some of the original products. Like Italian sausage and the powder gravy that you had. Also Crisco shortening in the large can. Some of do a lot of baking and cooking and also vegetable oil in large containers.”
