“i traveledv3 hrs from wyoming to buy a cockatoo i fell in love with . owner was rude she proceeded to tell myhusband and i what aterrible bird iit wasnot a sales person I had the moneyshe.had it promised to some else but were not going to pick it up till next week I had the money ready to pay the other personhad not paid for it completelyTherefore I will not bedoing business with this parrot place again. Lost me as future customer but she didn't seem to care Dont waste yourmoney nor time. I am an experience parrot lover .she said nextv ime call. I had called prior to arriving in the morning.apparently this cockatoo had been let go to the forev er home and back to their shop 4 timeso apparently the owner has no judgement to character or on customers because she missed it 4 times so if and if thisparrotleaves that shop again it might be returning again to that shop, sadly to say 0wning a store does not make you a great salesperson with this so called parrot store owner whom needs to learn how to treaticustomers in a professional way.rapid chamber of commerce needs to be aware of this.i five it No stars.”
