Manual wash didn't start till 15 seconds had gone by and then shut off at 10 seconds left. Tried to use the tire cleaner, and it was very intermittent. Won't be coming back to this car wash.

Don’t use the automatic wash. A ton of scratches on my front fender caused by it. Didn’t go all the way through clear coat so it can be buffed out, but still a huge inconvenience and extra cost. 2-stars because the self service bay is actually very nice and powerful.
Edit to reply: I know every single inch of my truck, I have extensively gone over every scratch as I have previously planned on fixing any surface scratches that are already there. These scratches were 100% caused by the wash. I have absolutely no ill intent and I don't expect anything for it, I'm just putting this information out there. If the equipment is rotating along the vertical plane (driver's side, so clockwise) while also moving along the horizonal plane (or the car being the one moving horizontally), you are going so these abnormal diagonal scratches, as it's rotating vertically while moving horizontally. It's also inevitable that any material can and will degrade over time. I'm not saying that's the case here as I don't know the maintenance history. I don't know what else to say but this was caused by the wash. There is no doubt in my mind about it. I completely understand and respect you as the owner and you needing the support your business. As I said, I have no ill intent at all, this is just information I feel should be out there. I changed to 4-stars our of respect for you and your business. I do really like the self serve bays as well as the fundraisers you do.

$5 for not a lot of time. Timer seemed fast. No warning sound for the last minute.

Car wash suck Couldn’t take a bug off the bumper and After you push high Pressure rinse takes a good 30 seconds to a minute to get Clearwater I scrubbed my car with their brush and it didn’t get any dirt off whatsoever. It just mixed it around.

I just tried to wash my truck here and I put in $6.00 and I didn’t get to rinse it off so I put in another $5.00 and turned it to rinse and soap keeps coming out. I notified the attendant and he said that it looks like it was rinsed and I pulled the trigger and soap kept coming out. He wouldn’t even give me a free rinse. Terrible customer service. Don’t go there.

Spent $26 to get the pickup washed and it was dirty when we came out we'll never return to that car wash

I only gave one star because there’s no option to give zero stars I used this car wash today I had one spot on my hood to scrub with the brush I didn’t notice until I got home that it scratched my hood when I called the man that I spoke with today said I’m sorry but all I can tell you is we’re not liable because you cleaned it yourself now I have a horribly scratched hood on my pick up and this place could care less AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE & FAULTY EQUIPMENT ??

Good wash but the drain did start overflowing mid wash (self service) and the wax option is suuuper weak. Not much wax involved in that lol.

$4 to start the manual car washes which gives you 3 minutes and then 25¢ per additional 12 seconds? That's ridiculous!!

Great car wash. Also if you enroll in the club, your fifth car wash is free, and it resets so after 4 more washes you get the 5th one free again.

Charges you after you cancel account. Won’t refund. Can’t call anyone or talk to a person for customer service. Wrecked my car and now I’m paying for more car washes for nothing. $30 for nothing. In this economy. Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. I would avoid this place just to keep your money in your account after you cancel. Otherwise they’ll keep taking it

Was a great place to get your car or pickup washed!! The attendant on duty was awesome!! He came out got everything set up and was very polite!!
