I'm a mechanic and a while back I called the store and I definitely got a rube on the other end. I asked him if they had a set of valve cover gaskets for a 69 chevy C-30 with a 454 engine, simple right? What year? 69, what model? C-30 I just told you this, Is it 4 wheel drive? doesn't matter it's valve cover gaskets, does it have A/C? again doesn't matter its 454 valve cover gaskets, Does it have power steering? again doesn't matter, And what engine did you say? Holy Jesus Christ are you kidding me? Hold please........after 10 minutes on hold I just hung up. Little hint...if you are going to sell auto parts you should probably have at least a little knowledge about a few basic parts.

A guy named Albert who was working last week was welcoming and friendly? so I felt that I could approach him with my car part situation. Which is a big decision for me when I first walk in and how or if I get helped by the employee depending on how busy it is or the circumstances.
He was able to show me what was available and asked if I was budgeting or had a price range and we'd work from there....once I informed him he was then able to install my part for my car while I looked around inside.
When he was done he showed the job he did...it looked secure to me and was really glad that i didn't have to try and get it replaced myself or do it myself?.
He is the guy you want to ask for or go too. ⭐

When my stepdad, Jake, called looking to find help for me to replace my car battery, Albert was quick to offer a helping hand! He was very thorough and even worked through the rain to finish replacing the battery. He has great customer service! His work and help is greatly appreciated and I will continue coming to this O’Reilly for future needs!

Albert did a great job in helping me identify the part I needed to fix my truck. He even went outside in the cold to look at it and said I could stay in where it's warm! Great customer service! I can't say the same thing for the store on Mountain View Road. They weren't helpful and that's why I came back to this store!
