We were traveling from out of town and the part we purchased at home was not the correct part. Turns out we needed the same part just for an older vehicle. Thanks for the help, Napa!!

This place gives you the wrong part and when you call them out on it they don't want to be proven wrong even when you bring in the old part and match it up the still refuse to be wrong or exchange it with a recipient

Seems to get worse every week since new ownership. 3 people in line and 1 counter guy who rather help the call coming in then the customers standing there for 5 plus minutes waiting to spend money not asking if th4y have parts they might spend money on. Absolutely piss poor customer service. I put my stuff back on the shelf and left. Stopping at Orielleys

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.i purchased air filters for heavy commercial truck and of course they gave me the wrong ones in laurel just tried to trade for the right ones and dude says they are a NAPA but there not . They are a privately owned NAPA ?? I’ll stick with car quest and Oriellys for my business purchases here on out

They had the part I needed. Unfortunately, it's NAPA. They are always and I mean always more expensive than anywhere else in town for automotive parts, tools, or accessories. NAPA is always my final resort if the other three parts stores don't have what I need.

Parts are pretty standard. But their service is great. Had functionality issues with a few parts from there, I called and explained what was going on. They hooked me up with better stuff at a lower price.
