“I had an exceptional experience at the Mobile One store on Omaha Street today, thanks to an employee named Garrett. I came in with a frustrating issue regarding a billing credit that phone customer service had been unable to resolve, even after directing me to the store.
> Garrett immediately impressed me with his professional and welcoming demeanor. He clearly and honestly explained the limitations he faced in directly resolving my issue, without any misleading information. During a follow-up call with phone support (on speakerphone), Garrett appropriately interjected to clarify what could and could not be done at the store level, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
> Beyond this, Garrett was also very helpful in assisting me with a new product I was interested in. He set it up with impressive technical proficiency. What truly stood out was Garrett's excellent customer connection. He was respectful, made me feel valued, and even left me with a positive personal anecdote at the end of my visit.

“The past two times that I needed help with cricket I drove 4 hours to the Black Hills just so I could see William. He has the best customer service I have ever experienced, he addresses the situation listens to what needs to be handled and he answered and got like 20 things done for me. I live closer to Bismarck but the crickets places there are absolutely horrible if I could give them a zero star I would Williams amazing this store five star He's been the only one I've dealt with at this location so I hope all the other customer service representatives are just as amazing as him so you can have the experience that I did.”

“Austin was awesome. He stayed late past closing time to insure my phone was going to be ready for use. He went above and beyond great customer service to help my wife and myself into brand new iPhone 16 and 16promax.
