He went above and beyond great customer service to help my wife and myself into brand new iPhone 16 and 16promax. I failed to remember my password for Apple by he patiently waited out the hour reset to satisfy me with my phone and watch. Keep up the great work Austin.”
“The past two times that I needed help with cricket I drove 4 hours to the Black Hills just so I could see William. He has the best customer service I have ever experienced, he addresses the situation listens to what needs to be handled and he answered and got like 20 things done for me. I live closer to Bismarck but the crickets places there are absolutely horrible if I could give them a zero star I would Williams amazing this store five star He's been the only one I've dealt with at this location so I hope all the other customer service representatives are just as amazing as him so you can have the experience that I did.”
