“This past weekend my husband and I were visiting South Dakota and decided to stop in Scheels to see if they had the bow I had been interested in. They did and I was so excited but nervous because I really didn’t know much about them and what all really went into getting one set up for me. Quite honestly I was intimidated by them, my husband archery hunts so he knows some. But when we got there Rick Wilson helped us and let me just say this, I have never had more phenomenal customer service than we got with Rick! He showed me and helped me every step of the way. My husband even was like this guy knows what he’s talking about and he also said he has never had anyone help him with setting up a bow like Rick did! I am truly thankful for all his help!”

“It's an Eddie Bauer. The pricing is expensive, so you're paying for the name. Good store and has friendly staff. Except, it's in the mall. That place is pretty run-down. Otherwise, I picked up a couple of jeans and another type of pants. They feel good and seem to be high quality.”

“I have always received the best help when shopping here! I could not for the life of me find jeans for my than 12 year old son. Size 16 boys were too small, and men's were too big until as a last resort I came to the Buckle and found options that fit him! A few months into buying the jeans, the pockets were ripped. I came in to buy more jeans to replace them and was told those jeans that ripped were still under warranty and could be replaced free of charge! From that point on, spending nearly $100 on my son's jeans didn't feel so bad! I encountered the same problem with my 10 year old when I couldn't find jeans to fit her either, and sure enough, they had many jeans that fit her as well! I really appreciate that if they don't have it in store they will order it for you no problem & usually they arrive pretty quickly!”

“I had always thought this was considered a womans store. Basically it is but when we were in Rapid City I sat in the car while Kathy went in to shop.. Shortly she came out to inform me about a men's area..so I went in.. There were also other men in there.. I ended up buying a very nice pair if winter boots and also a long sleeve shirt.. Both at a very reasonable price.. So guys, don't be afraid.. Go on in with the gals. You might see something you like!!!”
