I was looking for a car, not to have my life ruined.Looking around online I found a volvo suv that seemed like it would be a good safe car for my family. My husband and I went by to test drive it, that's when we met Aaron Nesbitt, our salesman. My husband test drove it, and asked for Mckie to have the car inspected because he thought there was something wrong with the steering.They kindly agreed and took it our normal mechanic to have it tested. This helped us believe Mckie was trustworthy... but they are not. Through our mechanic we found out that there was a tire rod that was extremely loose. It's about a 300-500 dollar fix that needs to be done immediately before it would be safe to drive. Plus the car had bald tires, that were almost ten years old and were not safe to drive on either.Knowing we were going to have to put an immediate 1500 into the car unpon buying it.We started to negotiate.We should have walked away at that point. We should have kept looking. I just wanted a safe and reliable car to put my baby into.We negotiated to a number that still seemed very high for the actual value of the car, but we agreed anyway.This company ran my husband and my credit 9 different times at banks we did not agree to.We agreed to apply for a loan through BHFCU, 1 credit application. ONE credit check. They DID NOT communicate that they could or would run it multiple times. It was NOT approved by us.All of that to be turned down by all the banks because the car was way overpriced.After angrily going in and talking to them. They claimed they could find us another vehicle without running our credit. Something that would be even better than the initial car. Another lie. They ran our credit again, this time for a jeep that had a salvaged title! This company has completely destroyed mine and my husbands credit score and lives.We were on our way to buying a house in a few months. How dare they ruin every chance of us finding a safe car to drive. How dare they ruin every hope I had of buying a home for my sweet baby.

I do not usually post reviews, but this case is quite different. I am traveling and had a minor issue with my Ford. I was in Rapid City for a few days and chose to get it fixed. I showed up and was immediately greeted kindly, diagnosed quickly, and put in the quick service lane. Estimated time of 2 hours. One hour later, my vehicle was fixed. At a total cost of $7 for one light bulb. No labor, no matter how much I protested. Everyone was kind and helpful. And while I neither live close nor want more breakdowns, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to return.

In July I purchased a 2023 Ford Maverick. The sales and service staff have been professional, courteous and helpful especially Steve in service. I am less pleased with Ford Motor Company as my truck would not connect too Ford Pass. After three months and six appointments the issue is resolved.

My salesman was awesome. He was with me from the minute I arrived until we left. I love my car and the staff are very polite and helpful. I had a great experience and would go back for my next vehicle and recommend everyone to buy from McKie. If your lucky you will get my salesman. Ladies he is easy on the eyes.

Everybody was great! Aaron was very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. They all made the experience easy and pain free. They even have a free snack and drink station to help yourself to if you are thirsty or have to wait during any part of the process. Very happy with my experience here!

I just picked up our new to us Silver 2022 Ford Maverick XLT FX4 4K on Friday August 25, 2023 from Mckie Ford. Our sales rep was Rhett Lewis. In all of my wife and I's experiences of buying cars, this was by far the smoothest transaction. Thanks to Rhett and his professionilism throughout the whole process. He answered all of our questions, and we never felt he was just trying to get a vehicle sold. He listened to our concerns and found us our first truck. If we buy another vehicle, it will be through McKie Ford.

My instinct was telling me that my oil change experience at the McKie Ford dealership was not going to be what I wanted it to be, so I took extra steps to ensure I got the results I wanted.First, when I checked in, I emphasized that I wanted full synthetic oil for my Ford Transit cargo van that is still under full warranty, and that's how the order was written when I initially checked in. Then, when my van's turn came for the oil change, I emphasized to the person changing the oil that I wanted full synthetic oil. No problem, he said.Finally, when I was told the oil change was done and I was called to sign the paper work and pay, I looked at the paper work and nowhere did it say that full synthetic oil was put in, just some codes representing the type of oil. So I asked a service supervisor standing next to me what those codes represent. He said they represent semi synthetic oil. They charged me for full synthetic oil anyway. It looks to me like a standard practice: no matter what you ask for, the dealership is using a semi synthetic oil anyway, but they charge you the higher price for the full synthetic oil that you requested. Then they put a sticker on your windshield saying to come back after 5,000 miles, instead of the 10,000 miles recommended by Ford's vehicle maintenance manual. So, if I simply went by the maintenance book and the 10,000 mile oil change alert, I would have exceeded the miles driven on a semi synthetic oil by 5,000. Not good for the engine.Apparently this practice by dealerships is not uncommon, based on my research, and many people do not go to dealerships for oil changes, because they do not trust they will get what they request and pay for.Because of this experience, from now on, I will always go to my local mechanic for oil changes, instead of to a dealership.

My vehicle had a emergency brake error on my Expedition. I called my service advisor, Ryan Baskerville, and he got me an appointment a few days out. Upon arrival, they got the vehicle right in to the technician and found the issue. It was fixed quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend McKie Ford. Thanks Ryan and crew.

We were passing through town and my truck needed an oil change. I stopped in at McKie Ford. Kimberly Wood was our service advisor and she made us feel like we were regular customers. The entire service team was very friendly. Service was quick and the facilities were quite nice. If I were a local, I would certainly make McKie Ford my auto and truck service center.

Came to the dealership today. Walked around the vehicles on the showroom floor. Both are the Lincoln Aviator model. No one said "hello". No one asked if they could help me. Nothing! Seems everyone was busy talking to each other or hiding behind their monitors. The receptionist was busy eating cheese curds. Another potential customer came in. We talked a bit about the lack of attention. He and I both left.
